We had a leak in the refrigerant line. Firooz and Carlos did an amazing job diagnosing, repairing, and verifying the problem was fixed. They were very professional and courteous. Thanks Firooz and Carlos!
The Pacific Air team did a great job from helping us figure out the best system to meet our needs to financing. The installation crew was fast and did an excellent job.
I have had an excellent experience talking about what is wrong with my current system. It was reviewed and determined I need a new system. Within 2 hours I met with Cezar who did a thorough review and we discussed what I would like. An estimate with rebates was prepared and discussed with me. The install date is scheduled about 10 days out. Very responsive so far.
The technician from PacificAir was able to correctly install a programmable thermostat after two different technicians from two different companies could not. This technician was professional and informed me as to what exactly was going on. I'm glad I was able to schedule this company to send someone out that actually knew what they were doing. There have been no issues with the furnace or the thermostat since.
The guys were courteous, professional, and really worked with me at all stages of the project. They were flexible and really seem to know their stuff.
Pacific Air installed a furnace and AC unit in my home last year. They had multiple issues with their installation not being up to code, which required redoing work. Since the install, I have had 2 separate instances of water damage from different components of the AC system. They have been exceedingly difficult in my efforts to get reimbursed for the water damage to both the interior and exterior of my home. This has been compounded by their attrition issues. I have worked with 3+ managers on this over the course of the repair, 2 of which quit (or were fired?) in the middle of working things out with me. No communication- would just email them to find that their email address was no longer working. Terrible experience.
Abel Faragoso did my inspection and was exceedingly thorough rough and a wonderful communicator. I was really inspired by his excellent service skills. I work in healthcare and often it is easy to slip on customer service, but Abel reminded me that there is a way to give 100% to your customers. The detail of assessment was exactly where I would have wanted it to be. I felt very confident in the work he did and I am grateful for the positive energy and hard work he put into it.
Heater furnace was not working due to igniter not getting power. After cleaning the control board, turning furnace off and on the igniter fired up. The service person from Pacific Air was very professional. Thanks, Ranjeet
We had two furnaces replaced, which also required rewiring and extensive duct work. The technicians were extremely competent, friendly, and responsive, working in a timely fashion and cleaning everything up thereafter. It was a pleasure working with them.
We had a heat pump system installed to replace our a/c and gas furnace. Thomas, who came to give us an estimate was very informative and made sure we understood how a heat pump works. He helped us to make decisions about the installations that ended up reducing our cost and construction inconvenience. I did have to contact him twice about the status of our project, but he responded immediately each time. Hector and his team did a great job covering our wood floors, and were careful when removing the old equipment and bringing in the new equipment. Hector was definitely the team leader giving instructions to his team. They all worked diligently and completed what was supposed to be a 2 day job in one day. When Hector had to contact Thomas about an issue, Thomas responded and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. The team cleaned up inside and out when they were finished. Hector made sure my husband was able to connect the new Nest thermostat they installed to the internet. There was a problem getting it connected, but Hector wanted to give it one more attempt. We figured out the problem and he was able to get the Nest connected. We are very pleased with the installation. We hope the final inspection and permit goes as well.

l scheduled an appt with Pacific Air through the Thumbtack app. My husband l met with Cesar, the company representative and appreciated his thoroughness. There was a small hiccup with the signing of contract, but that was quickly rectified. Another small hiccup occurred with scheduling--a crew showed up to work however l had not been notified of the date. That's not a bad thing--only indicative of how dedicated they are. That too was fixed with an agreed upon installation date confirmed. On the date of, the crew showed up right on schedule. Both men were very professional and accommodating to our needs. They worked diligently throughout the day and got everything done in one day, well under the estimated two days. Our condensation pipe is at the front of the house which forced us to use a bucket to catch the drip. The men were so kind to run an extension along our porch so that now the water spills into our yard. A huge plus!! We waited 30 years to get air and so happy we went with Pacific Air.

Both of the technicians who cleaned our heater were top notch. Excellent work. And were very careful around our house. Superior attention to detail. Would definitely use them again.
Both my A/C compressor units stopped working, and I called Pacific. The company was very professional, and responsive from the initial call through the final resolution. The tech (Firooz) who showed up was also very professional, and root caused both to busted contactors. He worked diligently in the heat outdoors and in the attic to see the issue to its resolution. Quite satisfied, overall! Would hire again.
Jay the contractor who came to fix the problem explained me very nicely what he and his partner is doing and will do. They did very nice job.
