Great service and trustworthy company! As a property manager in Santa Clara, I recently enlisted the services of the Duct Pros team to clean the air ducts for 56 units. Called them on Friday morning and they were ready to come by the same afternoon but unfortunately I was not available. Russell was amazing and was on top of everything. Scheduled them for today Monday and they gave me 12.30-1.30pm window. The guys were outside at 12.30pm sharp. Very professional and they knew what they were doing. Alex was explaining everything they doing which was very helpful. I'd recommend them anyday and would use them again in a flash if I have to. Our blocked dryer vent needed attention for sure as our new super sensitive dryer was not allowing us to dry clothes the moment we tried to use it. These guys cleared that out completely so no more error code on the dryer. What an excellent team work I noticed. Price was exactly what Russell quoted me over the phone and iam very impressed. Russell and his team did a great job cleaning my parents dryer vent. We were able to make an appointment for the next day and the guys arrived on time (actually a bit earlier), wore booties, and were professional and got the job done quickly. It has been a long time since I haven’t my wood-burning fireplace inspected. Duct Pros was super informative and responsive. I got my chimney swept, and Alex repaired the firebox as well. Booking was quite simple and easy, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!!!!

I booked a service on Duct Pros website to clean my clogged dryer vent. They were able to follow up so quickly. Conversation with Rasul was easy! His team were fabulous and did a fantastic job. What an excellent service! I truly enjoyed the honesty about Duct Pros not trying to oversell any service that we won't need. I got all of my air ducts cleaned and sanitized. I contacted Duct Pros and several companies for dryer vents and air duct cleaning for my rental. Russell was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to send his team to clean my ductwork and repair my ductwork as well. Lovely team and professional staff!

RASUL responded and made an appointment for me immediately. Alex and Josh just came to clean my dryer vent this morning. I am embarrassed to say it was quite disgusting but they took such care in cleaning and replacing the hose with such efficiency. I would highly recommend this lovely team and they cleaned up too.

Super responsive and did an amazing job cleaning our dryer ducts. A previous duct cleaning company we used did not do an adequate job and our dryer was still having heating /airflow issues. Duct Pros were thorough and meticulous, and even used cameras to inspect our vents. We’ll definitely be calling them again.

Duct Pros Work was recently done at my mother’s house in Burlingame to inspect and give a report on the status of her fireplace and chimney. Russell was great to work with. A few other companies I contacted were not able to take an appointment for over a month in the future. And only one of them answered the phone with a live person. When I called Duct Pros Russell answered the phone and was extremely informative and helpful. I was not aware of the different types of services that are offered and he could’ve easily over charged me for something I really didn’t need. However, he informed me that what I requested was not necessary and explained to me what I actually needed. Saving my mother a lot of money. Furthermore, they were able to come out within a few days of the call, not a month later. Once there the technician, Alex, arrived and was extremely professional and courteous. He removed his shoes and greeted us and explained what his certifications were and asked how he could help us. He even went above and beyond and after realizing that we were going to paint the room, offered to vacuum out the fireplace for us at no charge. Just a really great experience that isn’t always the case when working with home improvement/maintenance companies. I highly recommend Duct Pros for all of your air duct and fireplace needs.
