I had used Alex previously for a washing machine repair. I texted him on a Sunday, and he replied to me immediately. He said that he could be here on Monday between 10-12, My doorbell rang at 11:45. I explained that the machine was leaking water, that we had water all over the floor. We had use the machine on Friday, and Saturday morning there was water all over the floor of the utility room. Alex came, tested the washing machine and its functions and finally determined that we has a leaking feed hose, which he replaced. The machine is working fine and we now have a functioning and non-leaking appliance, so now I do not have to go out and find and replace a washing machine. I’m sure I will have to in the future, it is 15 years old, but Alex saved the day. he is professional, prompt, and I highly recommend him!
I have an out-of-warranty 1.5 year old Bosch dishwasher that wouldn't drain all of a sudden. Initially I had a plumber came by to check it out because I thought it was a draining issue but everything seem to pointed back to the dishwasher. I called Alex. Explained my problem. He gave me the flat quote over the phone and showed up the following day. He was fast and thorough. He fixed my problem within 30-45 minutes. He even explained how to troubleshoot next time and what to expect in the next 1-2 years when I have problems. He gave me a magnet card with his info and I kept it on my fridge cause I'll be calling him in the future.
My dryer started malfunctioning and I contacted Alexey right away. He responded quickly and asked for the model number and issue I was having. He came over the same day and fixed the problem quickly. Positive experience. Thank you!
I was very happy with the Alex’ service of my Ice Maker in my refrigerator freezer. The service was very professional and once the parts were determined and received the work was done quickly and efficiently. I thank Alex for his great work and punctuality! I called to ask if they provide free estimates and he told me nothing in life is free and he began yelling at me and I hung up. A simple, No we do not provide free estimates would suffice!
They scratched the hell out of my kitchen floor and then denied responsibility.
They charged me $350.50 to replace the heating element in a Samsung dryer. that seems like a lot to me.
Alex fixed my dryer roller. He was very professional and his prices were reasonable. I contacted him in the morning and he was able to come by the evening. I have a stacked washer/dryer which most repairman won’t service but Alex was willing to repair it. This is the 2nd time I have used MASTERS4U and I have had great experiences both times.
Alex is the only person I trust to work on my appliances. He was able to get the part for our old dryer quickly and had it running again right away. Alex fixed several different problems with our 20 year old refrigerator. He takes the time to explain the problem and what needs to be done. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. He responds quickly to my texts. Also, I trust him completely inside my home. That’s the kind of person you want to call.
Don’t go to this place. Terrible service and do not care about the quality of their work. Never on time and lie to their customers
Repaired our ignitor on our Samsung oven and 2 weeks later it back to not heating up right. I have tried to contact them to come back out and I get no reply. This should not be a business attitude
I called and made an appointment and they never showed up. They didn’t even call to say they weren’t going to make it and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call them several times.

My furnace stopped working when the outside temperature dropped so urgently needed to fix it. I have found Alex’s contact and left him a message. He promptly called back and scheduled next day appointment. At the day of appointment he called in advance to confirm and came on time. The part that needed to be replaced was already in Alex’s car so he fixed the furnace pretty fast. I am very satisfied with Alex’s service: on the top of doing his job right he even gave me some useful advice re: my refrigerator. I will definitely recommend Alex to my friends and family.

My dryer stopped working. Alex was very helpful and knowledgable. He not only was able to fix it, he explained to me exactly what to do if it happens again and how to run the self diagnostics. A lot of information, a fixed dryer, and friendly help at a reasonable price.
The technician was on time, spent a long time as the problem with the dishwasher turned out yo be a lot more serious than anticipated. Figures it out and charged very fairly. I'll definitely turn again. Highly recommend Masters4u.
