Super worksmanship, Konstantin listened and helped me replace a 20 year old SEER 11 Trane hvac with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. My power bill will be alot lower summer and winter.
Highly recommend Martin as the very professional technician came earlier this week that fixed my A/C problem. He was able to trouble shoot step by step by measuring voltage and pressure values through my A/C unit, furnace and the thermostat to root cause the problem and fixed that in the 2 hours visit efficiently. He was also able to explain my questions and provided me some very useful HVAC knowledge in a patient way. I had a very pleasant experience with Martin and Fuse this time and they will become my go to company if I have any HVAC related issues in the future.

Russ and his team were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They were understanding about coming back to quote several times to ensure we fitted the right units into our home. The installers were incredibly tidy and knew exactly what they were doing. Can't fault their service and I am loving the air-conditioning especially now we have glorious sunshine. Every employee at Fuse has been super helpful and responsive, and they do excellent work! I had them fix my AC system and the prices were great, and they showed up right on time to the appointment.

Adam has been very responsive and accomodating from the first contact regarding bookings and quotes. Adam, Stan worked for us for four days to install the three multi-units for six rooms of different sizes. They are all very dedicated and they work very hard to find solutions to minimize the potential changes/damages to the existing interior. Many thanks to everyone!
I had Fuse Service company repair my refrigerator last Fall and again this Spring for different causes, and I can recommend them very highly. They were very prompt with responding to my repair requests and schedueld appointments fast enough. The technician, Kostas, came on time for both appointments, was friendly and very professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and my refrigerator is working great after that. I would not hesitate to call them again if I get another issue with my refrigerator and to recommend Kostas and Fuse Service to my friends and family.
This review is actually covering 2 jobs. I've had great experiences with these guys. In Dec.2021 Fuse did my electric panel upgrade and a ceiling light installation and I was totally happy with everything about it. They also threw in an electric vehicle outlet installation for free. They were on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up well at the end. The new panel's been great and has had no issues The inspection process was prolonged by a PG&E error and then by my own family emergency, and Fuse was completely accommodating and on top of getting things sorted out. Every single person I dealt with was pleasant and professional, from the estimator to Anna on the phone to the technicians who did the work. . More recently I had them install a ductless heat pump/ air conditioner, with one condenser outside and 2 air handlers inside. Again I was impressed with everyone. Mike answered my endless questions during the initial visit and was completely knowledgeable. The technicians, Anton and Vincent, were superb. They arrived at 8a to begin. They identified an issue that had not been addressed on the work estimate, and that was going to complicate and prolong the job. I assumed a new estimate would have to be done, but no, they assured me they would honor the original estimate and do any and all necessary work. An Eichler home can present unique challenges, and they came up with a clever and creative solution to hiding conduit in a tricky area so that it's out of sight instead of conspicuously ugly. They put drop cloths inside everywhere they'd be walking and always wore shoe covers. They even covered my furniture. They quickly made friends with my skittish dog. That first day the 2 of them worked 12 hours and barely stopped to eat. I repeatedly offered food and drinks, but they only accepted water. The entire time both of them were nothing less than friendly and pleasant. The following morning (a Saturday) they returned for 3 more hours of work, just as pleasant as be
Recently used Fuse HVAC to install a new heat pump to replace my existing gas furnace and AC. Fuse team was very professional. The sales rep (Frank) was great to work with. He provided clear and detailed quotes for every configuration I requested. The lead installer (Nikita) was also very knowledgeable. Overall very happy with the install.
Quick responses, timely service. highly recommend this company! I got a few quotes to replace my 100 amp sub panel with a 200 amp sub-panel. Job took a day, electrician cleaned up all the dust and debris. Quote was super competitive compared to the 3 other companies I called.
