My HPWH project has just passed the city inspection and the new HPWH has been working well over a month already. I am very happy with the job done by Fuse HVAC! I had excellent experience with the services by Fuse HVAC through the processes of the project. I got several quotes for my project and selected Fuse HVAC, as their quote was more reasonable priced, and the estimator, Jeff, was very professional; he explained things to the details and we had very good communications to get my questions answered. The whole team I worked with were very friendly, professional, and effective, including city permit application, installation scheduling, installation, post installation customer service, rebate application, and final city inspection, which made everything went smoothly. The lead installing technician, Kirill, did excellent job; he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and to the details. The new water heater has been working perfectly so far! Overall, I am very satisfied with the outstanding services by Fuse HVAC and highly recommend them!
The overall process of buying and being educated by a really well trained sales person was super. The technology is complex but they were very good. The installers were also on time, professional and cleaned up after each day. I would definitely recommend Fuse.

Had a water leak the night before going out of town. Tim, from Tim Appliance Repair, was able to come first thing in the morning and installed a new garbage disposal before we had to leave. He was efficient, polite and I would recommend him to anyone. No more leak and we are able to leave on time.
My microwave and oven stopped working recently. Fuse technician came diagnose the issue to be a broken circuit breaker and fixed it for me in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the repair. Highly recommend!!
Our experience with Fuse was excellent. We did a major refit of the HVAC and water heater in our Palo Alto home to replace two gas furnaces and one gas water heater with heat pumps. It was a big job that required the coordination of the plumbing (water heater) and HVAC groups at Fuse. Both were great. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable about the units as well as the city codes that needed to be followed. It was a complex job (five splits with branch box upstairs and a single air handler downstairs, two external compressor units), and they worked hard on it for several days, 9am to 7pm. Over the course of the job, we dealt with seven of the crew (estimator, project manager, two water heater installers, two HVAC installers, and one helper). All of them were professional and courteous -- none of them ever entered the house without putting on their shoe covers. It was amazing how little mess they made -- despite the need to cut drywall and go in and out of the attic and crawl space multiple times each day, there was very little evidence of either. And they cleaned up and vacuumed up the dust/chips every day before leaving the job. Our system is working well, the Mitsubishi units are amazingly quiet, both inside and outside the house.
We discussed various AC units available and they gave very good and honest advice. The new Mitsubishi Inverter unit was professionally fitted in time and old unit was taken away by them. This is helping to maintain the room temperature and humidity at a very comfortable level irrespective of outside temperature ( Unlike my old unit which was for cooling only) I was so happy with their work and the price that I got a new AC unit fitted by them in my son's bedroom. I highly recommend Anemoi Air.

Booked in very fast, stayed till late to complete job, worked with me to locate perfect location for system, and took time to show me how to use and complete the warranty. Had one unit installed in lounge but i will definitely be going back when i am ready to get bedrooms done Oh and the installer chap, was a very polite man too

Contacted Fuse HVAC for electrical service and the technician, Chirill, came out to help. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and answer any questions I had. I appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Chirill and Fuse HVAC for electrical service.

There should never be any negative things about home Warranty and the vendors they use well, this was I no it my experience with this company. They came out the next day after I made the request and then the next repaired my AC unit. He was friendly and knwoeldegable as well.Highly would recommend.
Amazing customer service and were on time they were able to repair my AC unit when everyone else we called said it had to be replaced I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I can not expfress how great both and the Tech were. They came out to my house late at night to troubleshoot my issue with my AC and once found gave me sound advice on what I should do and an excellent deal, I will def be keeping their company contact info close by and using them for any HVAC issues i have in the future. DOn't worry about calling anyone else, Just choose them and you will be taken care of!
We have been using them for 20 years. They have installed our first HVAC and we installed a new one a year ago. We are happy with their service and all the services tech are very professional and knowledgeable.
