Terrible people Brad and his Mom Sharon have some issues with phone messages and Brad makes you call through his mom to get him to call back. Any interaction with them takes days to follow up. His mom is a piece of work. We found a NICE efficient plumber who answered his phone and didn’t have a mean woman like Sharon handling schedules.
