They brought me a new air conditioner, installed it perfectly, and insulated it with pristine white panels that covered up the ugly accordion things. They cleaned everything up and was very detail-oriented. Excellent, prompt, efficient customer service. Highly recommend.
My system has been serviced by Orca Heating Santa Barbara for many years, and a new, high-efficiency unit was installed three years ago. Performing well. The technician was only here to perform a semi-annual checkup; he was very thorough and even applied a fresh coat of paint to correct any minor corrosion.
