I had 2 separate companies over to my house because my heater was not working. They both just told me I had to have a whole new systen installed. Eric from US AIR came over and I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time to trouble shoot the problem. He educated me as to the fact I really only needed to replace a small part. His professionalism and honesty saved my family thousands of dollars. Thank you Eric.
