Samuel was calm and professional and seemed knowledgeable and was truthful and I didn’t feel any kind of pressure to upgrade or buy anything that was or wasn’t recommended and I will definitely recommend and use their services again. Service for a diagnostic and found out we needed to be topped off on refrigerant.

All of the young men that worked on our project, Brian, Giovanni, Alfonso, and Keith were all very professional and courteous. it took them two days to complete the job and they left everything clean when they left

Tech determined that freon was not needed at this time in my hvac system. He re-explained parts that need to be repaired sooner than later.

Although the malfunction of the thermostat on my new AC, which was installed in early 2023, when out when our power went out two weeks ago , it was a very simple and easily fixable problem even for a homeowner. I went two weeks with no heat or AC. Several calls to Action resulted in being told someone would have to come out to reset the thermostat EVERY TIME THE POWER WENT OUT! Completely illogical. When the installer came today, he popped off the thermostat only to discover NO BATTERIES had been installed originally. That explained why the settings did not remain when the power went off. Then they had no batteries in their truck! So I told them they needed to go to Lowes and buy some, which they did. The AC is working now, but this was an unnecessary mistake that should have not happened, or at the least, SOMEONE at Action should have been able to tell me that missing batteries could be the cause and how to fix it with two simple AA batteries! Action has installed a furnace and a mini-split in our other home over the years, so I did not hesitate to go with Action for the installation of my AC in our new home. First they never submitted the permit to my HOA. Then the installation took several months , because they kept screwing up the placement of the heat pump outside. I finally took the installers to various neighbors to show them how it needed to be done! It all got resolved, but it should not have been this frustrating for me as the customer!

Ely was quick and efficient. Was able to diagnose the problem and didn’t have to make multiple trips. Had all the needed parts to fix my equipment. Ac blowing cold and furnace blowing hot. Thanks for being a quality company.

Christian serviced our units this past week. It is the most positive and professional service from a HVAC professional that we have experienced. ActionAir called to let us know that Christian was on his way. He arrived on time and explained exactly what he would be doing as well as inviting us to watch if we would like. He was very thorough, did an excellent job of explaining each step and showing us the results as well as explaining the expected results. He photographed the items he tested and the inspections that he performed. He was very courteous and conscientious. Overall we are extremely satisfied with his service!

We had two large air conditioning units installed. We haven’t used them yet (hope they work) but the team that was here for two days doing the install were great. They all were polite, worked hard, asked my opinion along the way and cleaned up. I’d for certain recommend Action Air!!
