One of the worst experiences I have had with AC tech. Took 3 visits over a week to get our system fixed. The AC was working worse after the first two visits and the tech was not at all interested in explaining what had happened and what they had done differently to address the prior issues.
Chris was timely and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly fix the issue and warn me about the next likely repair the system will need. He was even great with my nosy cat following him around!
Chris installed my sentry H20 under sink water system an a new fauset, he was very good at his job. thank u CHRIS
We needed our water heater replaced. Your technician, Derrick Viales was sent to our home. He was the epitome of professionalism. He was courteous, well informed and had great communication skills. This young man is a fantastic representation of what service is. His demeanor was one of respect and knowledge. You should be proud to have him represent your company. My wife and I owned a business for over 25 years in SLO. We would have been blessed to have an employee with his skill set. Consider yourselves lucky to have him. Thanks again Derrick!
I have a water leak and was not sure from where. My water bill is higher than normal. Chris discovered that a mist likely cause is the pool and suggested my next steps. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and nice.

James came early and did a great job replacing my old water heater the day after I called. The new installation was much better than the original too - I live in a modular home in a mobile park. Everything is still operating perfectly and I will use Wighton's if anything else happens in the future.
Carlos is very professional explaining in detail what he to expect on replacing the kitchen sink faucet. I didn't clear the items under the sink because I wasn't notified when he was arriving but he was very kind and insisted he would gladly clear it out. Calos completed the work in a timely manner and couldn't be happier with his quality of work. He's a huge asset to your company!

My entire Wighton's experience was excellent. I called before 8 am and yet my call was answered promptly and handled professionally. A service technician, Jonathan, arrived just three hours later (I expected to have to wait at least a day)! He was professional, courteous and efficient. He explained what he was doing and what he found each step of the way. He took care to test my system thoroughly after repairing it to make sure it worked. I will call wighton's again when I need services.
Professional techs serviced our heating furnace after it showed some issues. They explained the details to me and gave me some tips for future use. Very nice experience and informative experience. I will call Wighton's again in the future.

Scott came out and though it took a lot of time he was able to fix my old furnace. This is my second time and will definitely use Wighton’s again! Great job Scott and Wighton’s.

I highly recommend Bells Plumbing in Atascadero over Wighton's due to Bells offering WAY better price (for the exact same service AND hardware), and customer service being the biggest difference. Here is why: I called Wighton's plumbing to schedule a water heater swap from gas to electric because my current eater heater started to leak from the bottom. I called them, although friendly, the people on the phone provided very disappointing service and here's why it was disappointing: I explained the situation, and that based on my research I needed to hire an electrician to install the wiring to power the new water heater (which they confirmed as correct) as such, I asked the customer service rep for a spec sheet of the electric water heaters they are likely to offer. She explained she did not have at the time but that she would send it over email later. I was very clear and mentioned that the electrician asked me for this because in 2 days, he would go buy materials and perform the electrical installation ahead of wighton's arrival the following day. the entire day went by and I never received the spec sheet. I called the next day, asked for it again, and another day went by without receiving specs. the following day, the electrician showed up, and he asked me how many amps and what kind of wire to use, and I did not know. so I called Wighton's again, and the rep told me she could not get a hold of anyone. The electrician told me to ask her what models they offer, so that he could at least look up online and find out amps and wire needed but she said she did not know and keep in mind wighton's was scheduled to be onsite the following day after the electrician. So a friend recommended I called Bells Plumbing. and I was so glad I did. they answered right away, they sent me a spec sheet within 20 minutes from the call, and the person on the phone new exactly the brand and model they install. so, electrician was able to do the installation. they also sent me a quote,

The technician was thorough and professional. The scheduling is not very good. My first 2 appointments were cancelled completely and this appointment was scheduled for the morning and the tech arrived at 2pm. The price was fair but $100 over what was quoted on the phone at the time of the appointment for routine maintenance.
