Very responsive and reasonable !! Highly recommend
I was told that my AC system needed to be replaced by one company. Western Air had a tech come out and fix the system. It's working better than it ever has. They are my new go to for all my properties.
Company quoted me almost $1K to fix my water heater controller. I got a second opinion, and the technician was able to turn on my water heater for me for a $60 dollar service fee. I had great experiences with them in the past. But my most recent encounter with them in October 2022, leaves me looking for another local water heater/ air conditioner specialist.

My heat wasn't working so I requested a quote and within 10 minutes I received a call from Sam. The tech came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. It was a little more than I had expected to pay but to be honest I hadn't gotten another quoted either. They came out the next day and within an hour Ray had heat working. I would definitely recommend Western Air.

I love Western Air Mechanical!! I had Western Air Mechanical come out to look at my 80 yr old Mom's failed AC unit and give us a second opinion on it after a FAR LESS reputable Glendora HVAC shop (Named after a type of tree) said she required a whole new AC system. The other AC company tried to tell us it was completely fried. They sent me pictures of burn marks on the fan motor and said the compressor and fan were both seized. They gave us four bids ranging from $9800-$10,600.00 for a full AC system replacement. They were going to take advantage of her! SO NOT COOL!!!! Then Sam and his team at Western Air Mechanical came to out and gave us a real assessment of her system. In a few short minutes, they changed the capacitor and her system was back at work keeping her cool!! All in a NO-Contact manner to protect her health during this COVID crisis. I can not recommend Sam and his team enough!!! They are HONEST, Trust worthy and now have a customer for life! When the actual time comes to spend that $10K on a new system, I know who we will call. Thank you to Sam and his team for their honesty and integrity!!! Call them! They will take care of your loved ones like they were their own.

I was extremely pleased with the estimate and service received from Western Air! They were prompt and came the same day to give us an estimate, and Sam was very friendly and knowledgable. They gave me a detailed estimate the next business day so I clearly understood what needed repairing. The estimate didn't fit my budget so I went with another pro, but I was so impressed that I wanted to give them a good review. I will definitely be keeping their number for a future job!

Sam with his 3 workers (Mike, Hector, and new guy) did an amazing job at my condo. My landlord replaced the entire system. Within 2 days, I had the coordination of the appointment and all the parts that had to be ordered were ready. Great care was taken to protect my hardwood floors using tarps and ensuring that my house and outside property stayed as tidy as possible. After job, they swept and vacuum the all the areas. Updates were given to me by Sam on what would be happening and what areas to be completed. A status check on the unit was performed to ensure the heat and ac were functioning as designed. Workers were extremely professional, kind and efficient. I am pleased with all that has been accomplished and would definitely refer them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Awesome customer service!!! Thank You so much for your assistance.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. My 87 year old mother's air conditioning went out and I needed it fixed fast. Sam dropped everything they were doing and took care of it in a matter of a couple of hours. AWESOME!
I called Western Air Mechanical for an air conditioning repair service after having used them once before years ago. They came out for the initial inspection for $59 and we scheduled the service for 11am the following day. They were a no-call no-show for our appointment. I called them and they were mildly apologetic and made excuses about it taking longer to get a part. A phone call would have been appreciated as being home during the week requires missed work or special arrangements for most people. Furthermore, we were verbally quoted a price for the part and service at the time of inspection, but upon speaking to them the following day they nearly doubled the price... Not sure if the tech. misspoke but it was frustrating. We decided to cut our losses on the inspection fee and go with another company. The other company turned out to be more reliable, professional, and about $200 cheaper. I would recommend looking elsewhere for AC repair.
