Richie did a great job for us, so it was another positive experience with Triton Air.
Wow, these guys are good!! The techs JT, Diego, and Jerry were outstanding, and did a first class job installing my new compressor and furnace. They also left my house and yard immaculate. Big shout out all around for this guys! I highly recommend Triton for their service level, and with techs like these three, for the quality of their work end to end!!
Was having trouble with my thermostat on my Air Conditioner not working properly lately and not being able to connect to it with my phone. Kirk showed up right on time and found that the thermostat wasn’t working correctly and replaced it under warranty. Great job and now working properly again.
Team Triton (Teo, Kevin, Juan and Kyle) did a good job in installing our new AC. They were on time and finished the job earlier than expected. They cleaned the place after installation.
Triton installed our unit last year and it was a wonderful experience. This week we had a little fritz, but they sent someone out right away. Kirk was great! He was so responsive and made the small repair. Highly recommend Kirk and Triton.

We have been a customer of Triton Air for many years. By utilizing their maintenance program we have able to get quite a few additional years out of our AC and furnace before eventually having to (bite the bullet) and replace them. Their technicians have all been first rate. They hire good people that show up on time, do a good job of protecting the work area and are pleasant to deal with. Special kudos to Jose & Omar for the great job they did today installing our new furnace.

Triton installed a new heat pump for me. Installers were courteous, on time, respected my property, answered all my questions, and completed a very neat and professional installation as promised. I’m very satisfied and don’t hesitate to recommend Triton if you need any HVAC work in the future.
Tony was awesome, found the problem with my AC right away and got the part ordered under warranty from the manufacturer. Highly recommend.

What an amazing over two thousand five-star reviews! This is enough for us to make decisions with Triton Air for our Heat Pump system. After installation, we give ours 5 star satisfation on Google to share and to show our appreciation. Especially thanks to project advisor Charlie who is very professional and knowledgeable, Leslie, the Leo installation team, Steve, Diego, the Oscar installation team, Aaron, and the upper management behind them.
Troy was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He showed me a potential long range problem, and we figured out why it was happening, and how it could be remedied in the future. Definitely be using Triton Air again.
Update 6/19/23. Jose & Marvin successfully installed a new furnace. I've been with Triton Air since 2012 when Jose installed my central AC System. Today, Jose and Marvin did impeccable work. Thank you! Triton Air tech Kevin just serviced the furnace and AC unit (AC installed in 2012 by Triton). Kevin is a true professional, extremely safe (COVID protocol) and thoughtful (shoe covers). Triton is fortunate to have Kevin, he answered all questions and asked repeatedly if there was anything else we needed. Thank you Kevin, your service is important because it gives me confidence that my family will have quality of life through cold nights or hot days.
The Triton team could not have done a better job from purchase thru installation. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a timely and professional manner. The installation team showed up right on team and didn’t leave until they were sure the equipment was working correctly and all questions I had were answered. If you want great quality equipment at a good value and a professional team working with you every step of the way Triton is the company to go to.
we had Frankie come to our home and give our air conditioning/heat pump and an inspection. I honestly can’t say enough about Triton and their top-notch customer service. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this. About a year ago we had Charlie come out to our home. It seems like all your employees are, very happy employees. They are very kind knowledgeable easy to talk to you and good listeners. They explain the system and their recommendations. Very easy to understand. Very personable.
Figured it was a good time to get my A/C unit a check up/maintenance visit before the hot weather starts. Triton offered a special for $59 which was a super great deal!! Joey and his partner showed up on time (they even contacted me a few times to keep me posted as to their expected arrival time) and were very polite and professional. They cleaned the air vent, tested the A/C unit and even cleaned the outdoor unit. They also took photos for my records. Couldn’t be happier with Triton!! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them from here on out!!! Thanks Triton and Joey!!!
We had heating and air conditioning systems installed. The Leo and his team were on time, professional, polite, knowledgeable and clean. They communicated well as to what they would be doing and what they needed access to. They were good problem solvers when something didn’t fit properly. Leo and his team worked hard and made sure everything worked properly before they left. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned everything up after they finished.
