I am pleased to give DC Plumbing a 5 Star Rating. I needed to have a new hot water heater and so had DC Plumbing install a Tankless Water Heater. They were the first to respond to my on-line request for plumbing services and Dave the owner called me personally to discuss the problem. Dave sent Robert to do the installation. Robert was OUTSTANDING. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. His professionalism and his friendly attitude and customer service were exceptional. Robert had a helper, Halsted, a nice young man in training who was eager to learn. They were a great team and reflected very positively on DC Plumbing. I am so glad that I found a source of plumbing services that is responsive, knowledgeable and cares about the customer. DC Plumbing will be my first call when I have plumbing needs in the future. After purchasing a home, we had DC Plumbing out to help us with our furnace that had been “red-tagged” by the gas company. The technician was honest and thorough explaining the issues and offering solutions. Dave (the owner) became personally involved in our decision weighing all the pros and cons including the ultimate decision to move forward with the installation of a new heat pump and air handler. Though we looked a lot other options for due diligence we ultimately went with DC Plumbing because of their responsiveness, follow-up and quality recommended solutions. The entire experience with the DC Plumbing team was excellent including communication, responsiveness, delivery, installation and final walk through. Though it was an unexpected expense, we are confident we made the right decision and super happy with the end-result. I highly recommend DC Plumbing if you are looking for good honest people with quality products they stand behind.

My mom and I have been using DC Plumbing for the past 10+ years and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The technicians are very friendly, helpful, and most of all straight forward. When we have an issue the office gets a tech to our house as soon as possible. Absolutely love DC and we highly recommend them for all plumbing and heating needs!
Needed sink and shower lines opened. Robert was fast and tidy, fixed our problem and gave great advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again. What an amazing company.
Our ac went out on a Sunday during a heat wave, and Matt showed up within one hour of my call. He was very clear and informative and extremely easy to work with. Completed a huge job in an extremely professional and very timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I will use this company going forward with any plumbing / ac issues going forward and highly recommend others to do the same.
I had a broken faucet that was constantly dripping a large amount of water all day and all night, so I contacted DC Plumbing. Damian, the technician, was able to install a new faucet and replaced the rusty old hose which was dripping under the sink - I was unaware. Damian was very professional and had everything needed to complete the job on the spot! Thank you very much Damian and DC plumbing for a job well done! I definitely will use DC plumbing again in the future!!!
I called DC Plumbing on a Sunday for a major sewer blockage while we were entertaining guests. Damian arrived to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the whole situation. Damian had the job completed within 2 hours of me placing the phone call. I was very impressed with the services I received and will definitely use DC plumbing the next time I have any issues!
DC Heating and Air were not your typical service company. Extremely professional and very detailed oriented. Main work performed was removal of old water heater and install of new tankless water heater. Installation was done in a timely manner with great craftsmanship on all the welds and placement of unit and alignment of utilities in and out of the unit. As the technician was on site noticed a gas leak in laundry room dryer and was able to address the safety issue immediately. Thanks DC for the endless instant hot water and going out of tour way to make our house safer.

We’ve used DC Plumbing for several improvements to our home. Most recently they promptly responded to our need to replace a toilet. They also identified a serious problem with our water heater, so we used this opportunity to replace it with a tankless water heater that works great. Matt, our service technician was always prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

I just bought a new refrigerator and my ice maker connection at the wall was leaking so I called DC pluming and it just happened that the owner (Dave) answered the phone, I explain my problem to him and he got a tech out with in and hour and even the tech was very friendly and helpful and on time, but the best of it all there was no charge all it took was a wrench to tighten the seal where it was leaking. This company is honest and great to work with.
Replaced failed heater blower motor. Since it was under warranty, no charge! Called them and they showed up in less than two hours.
You really don't know how important hot water is until you don't have it.... Dave and he team at DC plumbing are true partners in every sense of the meaning. This last Saturday night my water heater blew out which cut off all the hot water in my home. I immediately called my home owner warranty company and they got me in contact with DC Plumbing who showed up at my house 28 minutes later. I was kind of skeptical at first, because obviously Contractors that work with Home Warranty are doing so at a discount rate and from my past experience they don't really pay attention to detail and try to show up and leave just to collect the service call. To my amazement, Mitch (technician from DC Plumbing) spent at least 45 minutes at the house diagnosing the problem and scheduled the report for the home warranty company to be delivered first thing Monday morning when they opened. I would like to say everything from that point went smoothly, but with all warranty companies- there is always something... Long story short Dave (owner of DC Plumbing) and myself spent the next 48 hours calling the warranty company to get the replacement Water Heater... In the meantime he had his crew standing by to come straight to my house to install. It is very rare that I have worked with a company referred by the home warranty company fighting to get the replacement unit in a timely manner. Once the unit was finally available for pick up, Dave had his team back at my house with in 30 minutes and it was installed within the next 45 minutes.... I can't tell you how thankful I am for Dave and his team. If you are looking for an honest plumber who really cares about getting your problem fixed, DC Plumbing is that company. Thanks again Dave and team. PS. Cold Showers suck in the winter!
Dave and his team, specifically Rod and Justin, did an amazing job for us! They were on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. We have used them a half a dozen times and would highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or HVAC work.
