I am a contractor and asked swap a coil, the manager blew up at me for asking if I had any other options to return the product because the box was cut. Very unprofessional using obisnities and saying he wouldn't sell to me any more. Go to Riverside.

Company will not sell products to the public! They said you must have a C20 license. Even though you can buy it on Amazon and Ebay. He told me, it would be taking work away from the contractors in the area. I'm not a contractor. I just want to repair my own stuff. I don't trust contractors and I would never have a contractor work on my house. If you want to buy parts local go to (Grainger Industrial Supply) they sell to the public and are in Riverside and Ontario.
