I have used Macs Aire for at least 13 years. Called today and Paul came to my house within 20 minutes. Problem solved and air works great. Thanks so much. Really appreciate their prompt response and reasonable fees.

This is the second time we have used Mac's. Both times was through our home warranty company. Mac's have been GREAT both times. They have made the soonest available appointments for us and were able to get us up and giing the same day.

I called for a quote. Came out looked around said he would get back to me that was over 2 weeks ago and nothing. Horrible service since there was none. Reccommeded by a friend, I wont be doing the same.

These guys are so amazing! Our central air quit working last night, and needless to say it was a miserable evening. We called and spoke to Paul, he had a technician out within an hour and a half. The gentleman had the problem diagnosed and fixed in just ten minutes! No joke. The charge was beyond fair and the service could not be beat. The owner Paul, has really done an amzing job building up his business with integrity and fairness, his Father would be proud.

I had just moved in to my house with my husband 2 kids and a dog during the cold season , I didn't know that our air conditioning was not working .. so of course with California weather I knew it would be summer before we knew it.. so I googled air conditioning and Mac's air service popped up as I was reading other people's reviews in my head I was thinking he must be good. So I have him a call , very friendly guy willing to work with you, sp o made a appointment for him to come look at what was wrong with the air not more than 10 mins he was here knew what was wrong with it gave me a quote which was very Reasonable in price I told him ya go ahead and do it he fixed it with thin the hour and my air conditioner works and now all of us are happy with the nice air good guy direct amend its very friendly very nice very professional very good prices
I HIGHLY recommend Mac's Aire Service. I called him because of all the positive reviews and I was NOT disappointed. His guy told me that he would have me up and running today even after we hit a few snags (not his fault, my OLD unit). He was good to his word and price even through all the troubles and added time. I am going to tell all my friends about them and I hope they use him. Even in the 100+ weather with no shade, they were both pleasant and great workers!!! One HAPPY customer!
I have had them come out on two separate occasions and both times they where great went above and beyond to help Paul is wonderful. Prices are the best around they show up in a timely manner. Wonderful wonderful company would give more stars if I could.

Paul gave me a quote and that was what I paid his guys took out and put in the new central air and heater in about four to five hours working great in he work me in because he was book up I would recommend macs air to everyone I know in I will use him again when needed

After calling a "more known name" and being quoted over $5600.00 for a full replacement unit....I was given this companies name and phone number by a fellow Real Estate agent, she personally had used this guy "Paul" for many of her own rentals as well as for clients....I thought what the heck there was nothing to lose with his free estimates...mind you this was in the last weeks of July and it was extremely hot in my condo....(especially at night upstairs trying to sleep) Paul was right in between appointments and a window of opportunity was there to meet at my home.... I drove home as quickly as possible and needless to say Paul was there on time with his assistant. Went through the unit (just like the other guy) and BAM $1000.00 cheaper!!! We scheduled installation and I have been cool ever since. I recommend Mac's Aire to everyone.
Fair honest work, does quick service, when he said work will be done it was finished and works great. Everyone should call and get their A/C-heating service by Mac's Aire.
