Very professional and super nice about answering any questions. A few issues came up, the plumber explained everything in detail [didn't charge me extra]. Flat rate for all the work, not the cheapest, definatetly top quality work.

David was a great plumber to work with. He was professional and did a thorough investigation to diagnose the leak from our 2nd floor bathroom sink into the garage. We obtained several quotes from other plumbing companies and in the end, the pricing, knowledge, and quality of BHI couldn't be beat.
It started with the water heater and we ended up having a meltdown. These guys were with us all the way. They were on time, courteous, helpful, and they did every job beautifully. We have been customers of theirs for a couple of decades now and will stay that way.
I actually did not deal directly with the plumber. But I talked to him and he was very informative about upcoming repairs needed.

This was an annual HVAC maintenance or tune-up service call. The company offered it free as part of the installation deal. Henley's called me and set it up without me asking. Technician arrived on time. He was courteous and performed the job flawlessly. He did extra checking on the rooftop AC drainpipe per my request. Operator sent me the tech report immediately after the service. This had been a textbook model of after-sale service. I can't expect anything better than this!

We needed a new garbage disposal and Henley's showed up right on time and the plumber was very kind and helpful. They were very clean and did a great job. We have used them in the past to do maintenance on our A/C and we will be using them in the future.
I was impressed with the respectful plumber, and all the correspondence in setting up the appointment to finalizing of the project. We ran into problems from the start but he gave several doable options and prices. I chose the best option for me, and even had to make an exchange at home depot prior to the work being done. I was able to schedule the installation same day, and he had to run to get a part mid installation, but he left and returned quickly. The work was completed, and he showed me his work and it was beautiful. At first, the price scared me, but if the kindness, professionalism, and quality is as amazing as it was for every future project....... they are worth every penny.
I am not happy they said it was a free inspection. As soon as he showed up he said it will be $650.00 to find the leak just to find the leak. I thought it was way to much just find the gas leak but I had to take care of . then he could not find the leak and says it will be $ 1,200.0 to find the leak with nitrogen. it was way to much money $650.00 then he wanted $1,200.00. in the end they charged $200.00 for their time, which it was too much because they did not fix anything. I am a roofer if I don"t fix it I don't get paid. They should have everithing to find the leak when they show up. he said had to be someone else to re test
They were early and respectful. Offered extra knowledge to help avoid issues in the future. Have saved info for the future.

I've used Henley's twice. They replaced my air conditioning unit last year and just now replaced my hot water heater. They are excellent people to do business with. Their prices are reasonable. The quality of work is very good and they are fast.

Our heater was short-cycling and running very inefficiently, sometimes not turning on at all. Art C. came out from Henley's the same day and provided a quote for cleaning the system. Although it was pricier than expected, we knew it needed to be done. Art came back the very next day and did an excellent job. Our heater is now running much more efficiently and he even checked our thermostat wiring for no extra charge. Very happy customer.
I received excellent service from plumbing tech David Casillas. He was very professional and solved the problem in timely manner. If I ever need a plumber again, I know who to call. Thanks again David.
