Outstanding service from Daniel the technician who did the repair on my hvac system
I've used Ballard for years for both plumbing and HVAC. They're always prompt, efficient, and very good about contact and working around our dogs.
First, I want to apologize for just writing this review which should have been done almost 2 months ago. Now that summer is here, I feel good because first, that my HVAC and air duct have been replaced and second, it was done by one of the best if not the best company (Ballard) which we know has a good reputation and that we can trust. Special shoutout to Ballard' staff I dealt with from Brent (for being professional, knowledgeable and patient with me answering all those questions I had when I was looking for the best company to do the work) to the installers and technicians: Ricardo, Jesus, Chris, Art, Luis, Ryan) including the ones who answers your phone (for a great job, for being very knowledgeable, organized and helpful with one another). Blaine, Thank you also to for quick response when I called your office. I hope you share this review to these staff I mentioned above. Keep up the good work, guys! You are the greatest asset of your Company.
My heater was not working, I called Ballard. The technician that helped me was Angel Cabral. He came out and had my heater working in less than 30 minutes. The price was excellent. I would highly recommend Ballard and especially Angel Cabral!!!!
I appreciate a company that has been in the area for a long time, but most I like the people that are hired. Everyone I dealt with was knew their jobs and were experienced, plus they are friendly and willing to explain what is going to happen. They were on time.
Honest, reliable and thorough. We use maintenance contract which is handy. Pricing not outrageous and reasonable. Good experience
Service technician was wonderful, but the receptionist was very unprofessional. She’s talking while answering the phone and not identifying her name or company. Never called me back to schedule appointment. I had to call back! The four stars are for the technician and the one star is for the receptionist answering the phone.
James did an excellent repair and replacement of galvanized pipes in the laundry area. Ballard’s professionalism is always outstanding.
After 13 years it was time to replace the kitchen faucet, Jason was great and took the time answer all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helpful, Jason cleaned up after the install, left my sink area clean and hauled away the old faucet and box.
Our front yard faucet was dripping. Vincent, did the work, quickly, CLEAN, very polite. All our work thru Ballards has been quality work. All thier workers have been friendly, very clean, respectful, always on time and very thorough. Highly recommend them.
Their technician Jason showed up before the time they promised. Got to work on a problem I had in my bathroom He took care of it. Even though there was a pipe he had a lot of trouble with. He stayed with it until he got it done, I appreciate Jason the service was excellent! What are the names of? I have a company I called before they came out said they could not do the job. Unless they re-pipe the whole house.
Quick service. Technician was able to fix all my issues and company had a same day appointment available. Plumber was professional and explained all the repairs he completed.
Jason was great! He quickly identified the leak problem and recommended what needed to be done. He did the repair efficiently and professionally. He made us aware of potential problems under the floor due to the leaky hose. We are very pleased with his work and overall honesty as to what needed to be done. Thank you.

Angel recently serviced our A/C for preventative maintenance. We have a unit over 12 years old and he was honest and provided several cost options to get us through the summer. We will be replacing at some point, but appreciated his knowledge and time to answer all our questions to help us keep in budget.
Tech very nice , polite knowledgeable quick repair. I had Ballard out to do original repair but being on fixed income couldn't repair then.4 months ago repair was $900.00 now it was $1169.00 and that is on top of the service call fee of $79 for inspecting unit for problem that I paid originally. Thank you frank
