This is a family-owned business and they are very honest. Eric was on time, friendly and reassuring. My issue was resolved very quickly and they wear booties inside your house and sweep up when they're done! Highly recommend them!
My upstairs heating unit stopped working. When Justyn came to inspect the problem he climbed into my attic and immediately said "I see the problem. The door fell open which shut off the unit." He explained with this type of unit the doors often will fall open. He taped all around the door to prevent accidentally having it fall open again due to winds or tremors. This was such a quick fix. He was honest and friendly and informative. This company and in particular this service technician will be my only call in the future for any A/C or heating problems. HONESTY matters equally to good service. Thank you 4 Points.
4 points AC has serviced my heater and air conditioner for the last 10+ years. when my old system needed replacement I trusted them for an efficient tidy installation of all new furnace and air conditioner in one day. Antonio did my HVAC service today and recommended surge protectors which he installed. Great service!
Got a coupon and scheduled a/c maintenance. Small window of 2-3pm and Daniel Garcia showed up right on time at 2:00pm. He was nice and efficient, explained everything he did inside and out and didn’t make a mess changing filter. He even wore booties to not track dirt inside. Will definitely use again for next service.

Same day service knowledgeable of issue quick to get it resolved. Daniel explained and showed me what the issue was gave me multiple options to get it resolved adding a special discount to get my ac going on first visit. I was pleased with their services. They originally did Duct Work. This time they did an inspection of our air conditioning unit.
Very professional and HONEST! No lies just to get your money.they actually showed me what’s wrong.hopefully we have the money to fix it. If they didn’t come out to show me what was wrong it could have ended up a lot more expensive for me and dangerous! Last ppl who owned my house just rigged the fuses with copper…make sure you get a professional to check your unit before you buy the house👍🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Heating/Air tune up. Super great price with current deal. Decided to sign up for maintenance program. Justyn was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was efficient and thoroughly explained everything. He displayed a huge amount of confidence.
I was very pleased with Antonio Acosta's professionalism and thoroughness. He diagnosed my air conditioning system, checked and cleaned my air conditioner, checked the vents, changed my filters and made sure my a/c system was properly functioning before he left. I look forward to receiving future maintenance/ services from 4 Points AC & Heating.
I have had my AC/Heating serviced my this company for a couple years. Like many other posted reviews, I thought they were amazing. I had a technician come to my house to service my heater. He told me my blower was leaking oil. He even took a video to show me the damage that needed repair. He also told me my system was rusted, and I may be in danger if the case cracked. He then gave me 4 estimates. One included a new H-Vac, keep in mind my house is 13 years old. I received a quote for roughly 16,000, another for 9000, 7000, 6000, and the last quote he called it a Band-Aid fixed and that was for about $800. I did get a second opinion, and I informed, my system was clean, no oil leaks or rust. My system is running perfectly functional. No repairs needed. Beware of this company. Get a second opinion.
I painted the owners house,since then I been giving the phone number to my customers when they are on need of a/c services,and they all really happy,they thank me a lot for the good service.
The technician was very thoughtful and polite. Phone staff were friendly and helpful. Got my central air unit fix within 24 hours of calling the business. I will use them in the future. update 04/04/2023: I have a new A/C with their help, old one was starting to leak bad and 4 points surprised me again in the best of ways. Bravo and many thanks I owe them
I’ve been a customer of 4 Points for about 4 years and have always had great service. I appreciate the reminder calls in the spring and fall for my service. Every technician that had been out has been friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing and are verify extremely trustworthy.

I have had 2 units now for about a year, this is the 2nd time Daniel has come through. Daniel and Antonio are good guys, took care of what was needed (maintenance) gave me advice to help maintain my systems. Daniel good looking out until next time
