Employee that serviced the house was polite, clean and respectful
This was a routine inspection and service that also identified a problem that needs to be resolved. Smart72 will be returning in a couple of weeks to resolve that problem. I’ve been a Smart72 customer for the past 6 years and have always been pleased with their work.
Steve and the folks at smart72 did an amazing job on our HVAC installation! It was NOT an easy job and involved 2 separate system installs, but they got it done. Very professional, friendly, efficient, and courteous workers who know their stuff. Would definitely recommend!

Spring tune up. Did a very job. He was very good.
The technician who came out was polite and knowledgeable. He checked the system over to make sure everything was working good. I was disappointed that he would not be able to change the filter, as that as a main thing I needed to have done. I didn’t realize they didn’t bring filters and that I have to buy it beforehand, but I’ll know that for next year. Thank you.

The service rep came withing the time allotted, 12-3pm. He checked the heater system on our brand new HVAC install we got in 2022. It was $49 for the service. The dispatcher said they have specials on this service during the year. She mentioned it wasn't hot enough to check the AC??? So I would have to call back to have it checked when it got hot??? That was the one thing I wasn't too pleased about.
