The owner is a cool guy! I just made a delivery there and he did what no other reciever has ever done and just wanna say more recievers should be like him! He is a very nice guy! DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS after delivering here I'm sure they do great work!
They really help out the homeowner neophyte understand the Title 24 process and their role as a CAL Cert approved Title 24 Rater. Linda Bryan and John Flores go out of their way to help.
Chooses to not wear masks while indoors. When I saw two of them inside my family member's home I asked them if they needed a mask and if I could go find one for them. They rolled their eyes at me. One of them put a mask on while the other deliberately didn't. I told them that my father is high risk and they need to wear a mask when inside with them. Wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic shouldn't even be optional for a business such as this. They are coming in closed doors with customers. Regardless of how my patrons feel about masks, it should be a BASIC company policy. My parents clearly weren't worried about it, which is unfortunate. However, I'm their family and I expressed that I care because I'm worried about their health. I was met with passive aggressive eye rolls and the disrespect of one completely disregarding my request. They not only put themselves and my parents at risk but they are now putting future customers at risk because they can now carry a potential virus to their next house they visit. If you care about your health or the health of those you love I would suggest looking to a different company to conduct business with.
They do my heat and air testing. They are great to work with and always make the appointment dates and are willing to work with us.
Very professional and friendly inspection of our new HVAC ducts and vents. Pressure tested our new installation in our 30 year old home, and resulted in near new build status! Very pleased with the interaction and was impressed at the knowledge and availability - highly recommended!
We had a new HVAC system installed today and Troy came out to test the ducts. He was friendly and professional, explained what he was going to do a why. He completed the job in a timely manner.

I have been working on a fire-rebuilt for the past year and was lucky enough to select Valley Duct Testing for my energy compliance requirements. I cannot overemphasize how impressed I have been with this company and with John Flores the owner. They have been remarkably efficient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire rebuild. I have met very few businesses in my 50 plus years that have exceeded my expectations by such a large margin. I honestly do not know how they do it, but they treat you as if you are the only client they have. Truly remarkable company with amazing management and talented workers.

We had 4 HVAC companies out and they all tried to sell us a new duct system under the house. We called Valley to test our system and see what was leaking. Valley did Aeroseal and it worked perfectly. So professional, so family, so awesome. Thank you! Draft in the house is gone and temperature is even finally. Seventy percent leakage to 2 percent. Highly recommended!!

I wish I had known there was such a service available. This would be a great add on for the Home Inspection Companies. Being able to give an honest idea of how well the AC system would work before buying a home.
They were on time, set up quickly, did a thorough job and provideed a comprehensive computer generated report, that described in detail the present condition of my gas/electric home heating and cooling system in a fair and unbiased manner.
