I had a great experience with this company who recently replaced my HVAC system and all my flex ducting in the attic. David was the sales guy who came out & provided quotes & Shawn was the install manager. The crew wrapped up the job in one day to replace an old system. Their quote was fair and the system has been great through the recent 110 degree weekend we just experienced. I did have Shawn come out to do a quality control check post install to ensure a few items were good to go. I appreciated Rocklin Heating & Air on the job well done.
Rocklin Heating and Air installed our HVAC system in 2019. They were reasonably priced and provided great service. Last night the AC unit stopped cooling. I put in a service request around midnight and they called me back at 7:30 the next morning. Then the technician showed up at 8am, quickly identified the problem (dead capacitor), and fixed it on the spot. And this was during a heat wave. I couldn't ask for better service.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Rocklin Heating & Air. My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called them and was able to talk to someone right away, who set a same day appointment. The tech showed up on time, was professional, diagnosed the problem (Bad run capacitor), had a replacement part on his truck. He fixed it and was done in less than 30 minutes. He also, checked the system for freon leaks. I appreciate the prompt service and saving me from having to go through several days without A/C during a heat wave.
Great work from Chris! He came and diagnosed the issue and got the AC up and running in no time! Would definitely call them anytime there is an issue!
Contractor's installing technicians were very professional and seemed to work very hard. They offered to answer questions on several occasions and did a great job of answering them. There were no "surprises."

The service tech, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot my systems quickly and get us back in cooling mode just in time for the upcoming heat wave. I chose to call Rocklin Air based on the excellent reviews on Nextdoor and everyone was right! ROCKLIN AIR ROCKS!!

They were professional, efficient, and courteous. With the upcoming hot weather, they were able to install a new system with very little notice. Amazing company! Joe was excellent at explaining our options and what we needed during our estimate. The installers Brian and Connor called ahead, explained everything and left their work areas clean. Chris was very professional and courteous. Doublechecked after he was done to make sure everything was repaired to our liking.
Drew very quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and validated that replacement parts were available. He was back today with the parts, and had the job finished in under an hour. He also cleaned the condenser coil and did a health check on the system assuring that all was well. This is my 2nd experience with Rocklin Heating & Air - I'm quite happy with them, and will certainly call them again if the need arises.
While the technician could not fix my issue due to the builder install, he walked me through how to address it with the appropriate company. Additioanlly, he told me to contact him if I had questions or concerns with the other HVAC company.
While we were disappointed that our 2-1/2 year old system stopped working we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Rocklin Heating &Air. We called in the morning , they scheduled us for 4:00, Chris called and said he could come early if that worked for us.. it did, he came and diagnosed the problem within minutes and had us back up and running shortly afterwards. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have and will continue to highly recommend Rocklin Heating & Air.
