Ultra high priced and dishonest technician. Beware! Do not use this company. Benny the tech quoted the job at $1225. Condenser connector and capactor needed to be replaced. Later I found the parts on Amazon for $30. He also told me I needed 6lbs of refrigerant. Also found out later this is #1 scam. You only need refrigerant if there's a leak. He didn't do a leak test and he didn't use a scale to measure how much refrigerant he put in. Our ac was pushing cold air before the fan went out. This company preys on people when they're vulnerable.

These guys are great! We found the lowest price at trabuco air,which made us A little nervous,but, then Robert and Rafael showed up and we are so impressed with the installation! Quick,clean,DONE in one day! Can we give them 10 stars?!
Our business has sensitive equipment that requires it to be maintained in a cool environment. One day our air conditioning stopped working. If we didn't get it running soon it was possible our equipment would be damaged. We called a couple of companies and no one could come out right away. We then called Trabuco Air Conditioning and Heating Repair and told them our situation. They made arrangements to come out the same day. Luckily they were able to fix the problem and avert a possible disaster for our company. We now use them for quarterly service and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!
Our A/C unit went out during the heat wave during July. My husband called the company for info and Robert walked my husband through a way to fix the system temporarily until he could come out and install a new system. That was a blessing, beings I'm a stay at home Mom and it was reaching 95 in the House. Before the new system was installed we were walked through all that would be replaced and given a number of options to choose from. We picked out the perfect system for us and what the company recommended. Trabuco did a wonderful job, cleaned up their mess when they were done. You would never know they were there, other than the house being cold. Not only did we receive great customer service and a great system, Robert was correct in stating that since our old system was so old we would save money on our electric bill monthly. Our bill previously was over $400 a month from April until October. Since, it has been around $150. Thank you, Trabuco for the great customer service, for looking out for our pocket book and just being a 5 star company.
Excellent customer service , not to mention the quality of work . Prices are very competitive. In case I need AC service this is the place I will call again . Highly recommended
I live in Riverside and in the middle of winter it's 90 outside. My AC stopped working. I called around to find a air-conditioning repair company, and I'm not very trusting. I had Trabuco Air come out because they offered me a free service call for a first-time client, so I had nothing to lose. They were able to fix my air conditioner very quickly and at a reasonable cost. I can comfortably recommend them to all of my friends and family
I was very satisfied with the service I received.. I couldn't even explain my problem and within 24 hours of tech was out to inspect my heating and air conditioning unit. I'm so grateful it was something miner when another repair company said my whole unit needed to be replaced. I'm sure had my whole unit needs to be replaced I would have got an excellent deal as well when the time comes I will be calling this company again...
I called Trabuco Air out when my ac stopped working recently. I had 2 other quotes from companies who wanted me to replace the whole unit. My unit is old and will have to be replaced soon however the technician Trabuco sent over diagnosed the problem and was able to make a repair and hopefully get a few more years out of it and save me from having to spend $thousands now. They were fair and honest and best of all saved me money. Thanks Trabuco for working fast and giving me options. I will use them again when I do have to replace the unit - hopefully not too soon.
