Excellent customer service! After several estimates we decided with inland empire comfort. We were in need of a new unit but we were worried as to which company to trust to do a good job and be within our budget. Todd was professional, honest, and courteous. He took time to go over the issues with my unit and explained all my options without any pressure. I would definitely recommend Todd and inland empire comfort for any HVAC services

I messaged them at 7:00 am stating that my compressor fan was going out. They had an awesome technician (Brad) here by 9:00 am. Brad did an amazing job getting the unit replaced and up and running in no time! I highly recommend this company.
The owner Todd met with me personally to do the quote. Answered all my questions and was very polite and professional. I loved the way he showed respect to the other local HVAC companies. His pricing was excellent! His staff was on time and incredibly professional and polite. Todd was on site through the whole process. They installed 2 3 ton full hvac systems in 1 day! Their after sale support has been perfect. He completed the rebate forms for me and I just scanned them and emailed them in. If you are in their service area, you would do well to meet Todd and have him quote your job.
We like the work performed by Inland Empire Comfort a lot, especially the personal service and thoroughness of Todd and Brad. They have been our HVAC company for a number of years now, providing both new system installation as well as periodic and as required service. For new systems, Todd provides a number of choices at various levels and prices so we can make the choice of a system which meets our needs. We're very pleased with them.

Andre was very friendly. He inspected & tuned up my a/c. He also advised me of some issues that might affect the life of the unit, explained to me exactly what they were & pricing. No pressure & very professional, Andre was also careful to make sure he left no mess. Highly recommended!

Brad was great! He was professional, kind and got the job done, all the things to look for when a business. They will always be the folks I call for my heating and cooling. Only suggestion I have is to make it so folks can pay online via Zelle, samsung or Apple pay. I do not like paying a service fee to a credit card company and I do not have a lot of cash at home. So paying was difficult.

I wouldn't change from this company for anything they don't try to upsell they explain everything thoroughly and there's no hidden agenda or fees on time very professional I buy their service plan which they call me to remind me and set up appointments it's not easy to find good service anymore
Inland empire comfort always does a great job. They are honest and communicate well with you. I have them come out every 6 months to make sure my house heating and air systems are maintained. Every-time I need anything they are on top of it. Finding a good service company is tough, inland empire comfort exceeds all expectations when it comes to great service. Thanks team!
Excellent service! Needed thermostat troubleshooting and furnace reset. Service was on time and diagnosed problem. Call them for any HVAC issues.
