If your looking for an honest and trustworthy A/C guy then this is your guy. Didn't try to sell just offered his honest opinion on how to make the necessary repairs. After I made those repairs my unit was up and running.👍
Robert and Bobby are amazing this is my 4th time using Total Air and I will continue to use them. Robert is honest and always provides pictures of the work performed and Bobby knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend them.
I reached out to Robert b/c he did repairs on my old AC a few years ago. He was very honest about the condition of my old system and yet, he gave me choices and let me make the decision with no pressure. So, last month my AC broke again and Robert came checked my whole system carefully and gave me the same choices including simple repairs. This time, I decided to completely change my heating and cooling system and Robert did a wonderful job. He is very professional, came on time and finished on time. Robert was responsive, within 2 hours. He immediately went about checking the A/C system to search out the problem we were having. He identified the problem and fully explained it to me. He made the necessary repair and we have been very happy that the unit continues to work properly now. I would recommend his services to anyone. Robert came to our rescue this afternoon, we just moved into our house not so long ago and and there was a malfunction with our A/C. He was able to see us the same day, gave us a detailed explanation of what is going on with the existing unit. He made a temporary adjustment to the unit (which we greatly appreciate) until we get the quotes to actually do the repairs. Nice guy and reasonable!
Robert and Bobby from Total Air were able to come out the same day I called (on time) and fix my heater for what, I think, was more than a fair price!! They were both very nice, very courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
After a horrible experience with another company, I was fortunate to find 'Total Air' when my furnace needed repair. Very pleasant, thorough & patient, addressing all my concerns & questions! Very prompt effort in restoring 'HEAT' in the cold weather we have been experiencing! Can happily & honestly recommend!
11/12/22 Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning came for their semi annual check up. Robert and son were respectful of my property and my home. They were here for about an hour and inspected the air conditioner and the heating. They are dependable and have reasonable prices. I recommend their business. Thank you Robert.
