Was without A/C for 2 days. Ended up having a bad outlet where the unit was connected. Technician was able to fix it and we have air again. Very professional, very thorough and efficient. Looking forward to a good, COOL night's sleep.
Very impressed with Louie, who has best knowledge of the system, he explained everything in laymens term, he explained how the system runs from the outside into the house

Came and did a connector to the gas stove and replaced valve and cone ger on wall heater. Came exactly at beginning of apportionment times. Was professional in presentation and repairs. Would have him again.

My technician Joser showed up on time, he was very thorough and professional. He also provided me with helpful information about our HVAC system.
Service technician did not call prior to arriving. We had no missed calls. Did not check thermostat as stated in the check list. Never came inside to check vent temperatures. Never checked the unit in heater and cooling before he left. Technician had my husband reset the thermostat. Upon arriving came into the house looking for the furnace directed him to its location which is the only time he came indoors. Technician was more interested in selling a surge protector and a compressor start assist device.
Joser did an excellent job serving our AC and heating system.
Very happy with installation of heating and air conditioner. Was on time, completed work in timely manner. Had city come out and gave OK for everything. Had a minor issue which was addressed immediately. Would recommend them very highly!

I had scheduled a regular summer tune-up. It seems I have a leak and with a thirteen year old system, a short term fix may not be the best answer. Sheldon has given me a quote for 17 seer electric system Decision time!
Victor the tech, sent me a text message with pic of his ID card before he arrived to my house, then after performing a complete review of my AC system, he explained to me with pictures of the condition for every key part of the cooling/heating system. I reached out to Sheldon's to service my mother's air conditioning unit and despite our unconventional situation, they were extremely accommodating. As my husband is in the military and I work remotely, Sheldon's worked with us to provide a military discount and managed multiple correspondences between me, my mother, and a family friend who paid for the service. The staff at Sheldon's was patient and professional, addressing my mother's concerns and even allowing her to pay by check via mail. Our technician, Victor, was with us from diagnostics to service three weeks later, and my mother appreciated his kindness and expertise, highly recommending him. Overall, a wonderful experience with a team that went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
(1) review ~ JP with Sheldon’s heating & Air was very professional and very knowledgeable.This company is FANTASTIC! JP found a large crack in my furnace ~ very dangerous. The house could have burned down. They go above and beyond ~ they were 1K less than their competitors as well. Explained everything in detail. Supplied a full report with before and after pictures. Thank You (2) review is with Joser from Sheldon's heating & Air. I called him in because I kept smelling hot electrical wires. Joser found burnt wires ~ Again builder put them in incorrectly. Joser basically saved us and worked into the night. One of the most conscientious workers I’ve ever encountered and left my home immaculate also supplied a full report with before and after pictures ~ Thank you.

Had a maintenance service. The technician inspected and cleaned both the inside and the outside units. Very professional and clean. Explained all that was done and suggested some things that should be done in the future. Changed the filters and hauled away the used ones. Was happy with the service. B Wixon
