Amazing job well done by Senergy Plumbing, Heating & Air. Anthony and Luis installed a new air conditioner & Furnace package. 5 ton 14 seer unit worked much better! Night and day difference from what we had from our original home builder 8 years ago. Thank you Anthony for the great pricing and amazing service. Highly recommended!

Anthony was able to fit me into his schedule that day. He texted when he was on his way. Showed up on time. He was polite, professional and thorough. He inspected both furnace units. I appreciated all of the information he gave me about my furnaces and he talked to me about maintenance. He replaced a blown transformer on the one unit. It was a good experience.
My heater wouldn’t come on and it was below 50 degrees in my home one morning a couple weeks ago. I called Senergy and he was here within a few hours and replaced my thermostat right then and there so my babies wouldn’t have to be cold that night. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. I definitely recommend them and will refer friends and family.
I have used them for years and would definitely recommend them. Anthony is great at working with my hectic schedule. I've had them do HVAC work, AC pump replacement, ducts, installed new A/C with thermostat and plumbing work. And they always make time for questions. Alex in the office is always professional and fantastic about scheduling jobs, sending invoices and digging up work info.
Synergy put the mini-split AC in my business. The price that was quoted, was the price billed. The installation was seamless, fast & it works great. It cools the work area, front counter & lobby, & customers always comment on how cool it is in the store.
Knowledgeable and friendly. New equipment needed to be adjusted but they came out within a day and resolved the issue

Anthony has been to my home on 2 separate occasions to repair my furnace/smart thermostat He was on time both time. Extremely professional and very pleasant The identified the problem quickly and repairs were made I will never call anyone else and have referred this company several times
Waste of time. Originally gave a 1 hour time window of arrival but then changed it. Waited for over 2 hours for them and wouldn’t show up.Even though they kept saying they were 30 minutes away. Finally decided to show up over 2 and half hours late. Also Said they would send a written estimate but none was received.
I booked an online appointment for today, through an app, which wasn't really available. Alex contacted me and explained the situation. She worked so hard to make sure the repair happened at my rental property today. Alex was in constant communication with me until the repairman came and got the a/c working again. I was thrilled with the customer service and the repair. Thank you so much!
