It's been over a month since our new system was installed. Brand new Goodman outdoor AC unit and gas furnace in the attic. Great customer service. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helped us select a system that was within our budget and needs. Omar and his installation team were nice and professional. Very happy so far 👍
4 yrs now and Keep getting a runaround with final city inspection. RKM says its on city and city says on RKM. still have not received my thermostat they promised. We received no calls, emails from rkm. We've only received a letter from the city and is blaming rkm for no response. As for the thermostat is concerned we were told a new thermostat would be given to us after installation was completed regardless if we had one or not.

I have used them first in September 2022. They were able to fix one of my AC system and running so far. They are also very good at following up on tune up schedule since I purchase one of their Komfort care package. I scored a 3 cause of the last visit I encountered. I requested first a tune up schedule but texted that one of the unit seems like not blowing enough cool air. It was running fine last summer and just turned it on couple of days ago. They were able to give me an earlier schedule instead of end of the month if it was just a tune which was great. I waited from 1 to 5pm given window. I notice that it was getting close to 5 and the technician still did not arrive. I sent a text to check and I was told he is on his way. The Technician was late and came around 15mins after 5pm window. I explained what was going on and he went to the back and plugged his pressure tester on one of the AC unit I am having problem with. He just looked at the tester and with in 5mins immediately said he thinks I have a leak and he suggested an isolation test but will require a welder. I asked him aren't you going to check or do a throughly visual checks first of the whole unit as a step to see if it has some leak. He said he can open the coil but that will cost. I hesitated and asked more questions for clarification. All I was asking is to do a better initial inspection first. I felt like he didn't want to do this when I asked him to and his response was that I want the job done free. I said no but I would at least want a fair work done. He then went to the attic to check quickly an took pictures he said he did not see any leak. When I ask can he then do the tune up of the other AC that is doing fine he said he doesn't have the time to do it cause he came late. This will be done when they do the isolation test and don't know when this will be scheduled. I am torn if I should still schedule this or just get a 2nd opinion. I’ve used RKM ever since moving into my condo 3 years ago. The first time I brought them out, my A/C unit would go on, then shut off, and continued constantly. The engineer who came on sight found that it was a busted temperature gauge on the unit and also that the lines needed cleaning. Having not known how the previous owners maintained the unit, I felt that I needed to do it to have ease of mind. They got the work done, and even saved me some money at the end. Totally top notch work and the unit has been steady since. I went ahead and got their yearly service plan so that they come out and check the unit and replace the filter for ease of mind. You don’t want to be stuck on a hot day without A/C and then have to wait 3-4 weeks because they are booked! Every time they come I get a full report of what was checked and I feel confident in their work.
Ron has provided maint on our system several times. Every time he is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. He does a great job.
The technician did a great job and was very professional. My only complaint is I had to pay for 8lbs of coolant when my system only takes 6 lbs. This must be a new thing as it was not like that before.
RKM installed our HVAC system 5 years ago (including all new ducting). Their level of professionalism is quite rare. The system is remarkably efficient (it uses 25% less power than the one in our prior house despite having to heat/cool 1200 sq. ft. more space). Their service techs are knowledgeable, efficient and polite.
Axel did a wonderful job repairing our old heater. His knowledge and experience led him to troubleshoot a very old system. He had us heating our home in no time. We’ll be calling RKM in the future because of their expertise and fair dealings.
Robert, did an amazing job helping us repair our heating system. He took his take to explain everything to my husband and I so we can avoid any issues in the future. We will definitely recommend RKM heating and air conditioning to all our friends and family. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I always have RKM do a twice yearly maintenance of my A/C and Heat system. Very happy with this company. Will continue to use them.
I have used RKM for my semi-annual HVAC checkup and they are always friendly and professional. I also used them for a repair of my air conditioner a couple years ago on a 100 degree plus summer day. While another company came out first (warning: that company was sent out by Home Depot), RKM made the repair for around $700. The other company tried to rip me off with a quote in the thousands. That makes RKM honest in addition to excellent.
I love this company. The techs are always friendly, polite, professional, and clearly explain what they’re doing. Which is very helpful! I always appreciate the text message updates when they’re on their way, too. Thanks for the timely maintenance! See you in 6 months.
RKM was prompt in their arrival, educational in their explanation of the problem, and fair and accurate in their estimates. They have great people to work with and I will not hesitate to use them again. I wish all businesses were like RKM!

Second time using RKM and completely satisfied with their service. 95 degrees outside and my AC is not blowing air. Called at 8:30am and received an appointment window between 10:30am-1:30pm. Technicians showed up at my house at 10:43am. I explained that the FAU was not coming on (condenser was working). They diagnosed a bad fan blower motor within 10 minutes (1. Checked for excess voltage 2. listened to sound of bad bearings 3. manually started motor by bypassing thermostat). The motor bearings were failing after 10-years and causing excessive heat, friction, and high voltage to get the fan blower to spin (controller board stopped the motor to protect the unit). Like I said, they thoroughly explained the problem. They provided a cost estimate and completed the repair in 1-hour with supplies carried in the van. I signed up for their $160/yr "Comfort Club" which offers 15% discount on work and includes two free tune-ups per year (clean unit, check furnace burners, check condenser, check refrigerant, replace filters, lubricate parts). After signing up for the Comfort Club my final cost was only $5 more than standard pricing. Now I get two free maintenance tune-ups over the next 12-months. Extremely satisfied with RKM's work and customer service. Richard and Brandon did a great job. Would recommend RKM to all my friends and family.
