Right Time is the real deal!! I'm glad my husband made the choice to go with them. Domenick Alonge was the rep who helped us. He's great and professional and he also explained everthing to us thouroughly. Still had a great attitude even when we were the last clients he saw that day he came (you don't see that very often). Tyler M. is the name of one of the technicians who installed the new unit in our home. There were 2 other guys there too, Drew and Aaron! They did such a fantastic job, especially since their job is strenuous & physical (having to remove the old heavy unit & installing the new one, having to go in and out of the attic, etc). The new unit/system was installed very well! No mess & not even a scratch. We're so happy with the outcome with Right Time. Domenick A., Tyler M., Drew and Aaron are professionals at what they do, well mannered & very polite! Such great guys, Thank you!!

They will cancel your appointment last minute because they “prioritize” more important calls. I will never use this company.
Spent the whole day, waiting for a service provider to show up and no one did. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment, The electrician was supposed to be here between 8 & 12. i called at 12:30 because I hadn’t had anyone show up & they said that they will contact the provider a & text me or email me a ETA shortly. 330 I called still have not heard from anybody or received any notification. Apparently it was “double booked” I spent all day at home waiting on this electrician. when I called back they said “oh we can send someone maybe tomorrow”I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager they put me on hold. Apparently they couldn’t get a hold of a supervisor either. I would not recommend this company you will be wasting your time. We missed a Fourth of July party for the family waiting on this electrician.
Jeremy and Tyler and his entire crew were thorough, professional and friendly. The system was installed in one day, which entailed total collaboration and expertise. Thank you Jason for getting this done on the contractual side. We are very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. Right Time gets the job done.
Jeremy and Darian were absolutely incredible. They installed 3 mini splits and a main unit for us and we are so grateful for the careful consideration to detail and the very thorough work they provided. It took a long time to find the right company that was reputable, high quality, and efficient and I am so glad I went with RighTime and they sent out these two guys. They take a lot of pride in their work and made sure we understood every step of the process. Just all around great service and super nice, genuine people. I’m really happy we chose this business!
Noe did an AC tune up. He was a very thorough worker and extremely knowledgeable. If you need work done, Noe is your man.

Jeremy and Darian were amazing. Very punctual and answered any questions I had about the newly installed unit. They installed in no time and cleaned up any mess made. Which to me is a plus.

Espy helped me set up an annual maintenance plan. She was very knowledgeable on different plans and what they covered. Great service today!

The tech came to my house today and I was so honored that he was sent to my house. Noe Alvarado is thr only tech in a year to come out and completely and thoroughly diagnosed the system,found the problem and fixed it. He spent hours going step by step,living nothing out. The company needs techs to follow this model and example. First time amazing service. Give this man a raise.
I had RighTime replace my heating unit and do service on my air conditioner. Now I have a water leak coming from my ceiling where the unit is. They are not able to come out for another 3 days to fix the issue. Do not use this company.
Had a great experience working with Noe Alvarado. He came to our home and wasted no time getting to work checking out our a/c system to make sure that it is working properly. He was very knowledgeable in how our system works and exactly the type of system we have. I have had many a/c repair companies come to my home and leave within minutes, because they don't work on zone systems and to just water down our system outside and to replace our filter. He broke down exactly how it operates and functions and how to operate it properly. It was great to see that he actually knew what he was talking about and took pride in the work and service he provided. If I have any problems in the future with my system I will definitely be calling Rightime and requesting Noe again.
RightTime home services especially Jeremy and Darian were very professional and on time they were very polite respectful did a quick job and cleaned up very nicely after themselves I would highly recommend RightTime again and use them agai
I called for a simple price check on how much to dispose and install a bathroom sink and toilet. And I couldn’t even get a straight answer. Most people want a straight and fast answer.
Jeremy and darian did an amazing job. They were on time both days. They worked neatly and always kept us informed about what was being done. They helped me with any questions I had. They were so professional and super nice. I was lucky to have them doing the installation. I could not be happier.
