Responded to my call expeditiously with their technician, Jayce, arriving within an hour. He troubleshot our AC and quickly identified the problem as a failed fan assemble. All the parts he required were in his van and repairs were made on site. Throughly tested our AC and verified repairs were successful. Thank you Jayce.

Awesome experience with Danny coming out to repair my unit today! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and was extremely efficient. I have no experience whatsoever in dealing with A/C's, and was extremely nervous making the calls in 100° weather here in Riverside the morning my A/C went capoot, anxious that it would be costly and timely to fix. Luckily, I made the right call! MSP was able to come out SAME DAY, (and the day before the 4th of July!), and resolved the issue within an hr. Much happier, and cooler having chose MSP! Don't hesitate, and give them a call.

MSP Heating and AC was stellar. Our AC was turning on and off, I called MSP and a technician came out the same night. This was at 7:30 pm.
