Although the service technician thought he checked everything, he went back to check and try one last thing, even after two hours of troubleshooting, and found the issue! Paul was determined and through!

I’m very pleased with Magnolia A/C very professional from start to end. The technician Kirk was very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. He gave me a full explanation of what happened and a couple different options to fix the issue. I’m very thankful that there’s good, honest people who care about the quality of their work.

My service tech Drew, reached out to let me know he was on his way for my service. He arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough maintenance and inspection job. He was professional and very courteous. He took the time to explain the results of the inspection and completed a repair the same day. Again, this is why I stand by MH&C! Thanks Drew!

Magnolia Heat and AC always do a great job. They’re very carful in the house and even put on booties over shoes so they protect the floors.

Magnolia installed my Trane HVAC system 10 years ago. I am pleased with the system and their services. The guys who come out to service my system are polite, courteous, professional and helpful in describing how my system is working, I wouldn't call anyone else.
I called Magnolia Heating and Cooling to schedule and AC tune up, they were able to schedule me they same week. The technician, Paul, was communicating with us the day of the appointment and let us know when he was on his ways he was prompt and efficient. We felt like we were treated fairly and honestly. He did a few repairs and explained everything he was doing and why. We would definitely hire Magnolia Heating and Cooling again!

I had all duct work replaced. They were on time, and had the work done earlier than expected. I really liked how they protected my floors and they vacuumed every room after the work was done. The guys were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Both Christian and Jesse provided air conditioning service recently. Both scored an A+ as is the case with all Magnolia’s Techs and Office Staff. Christian was thorough and addressed all concerns including a necessary maintenance issue we weren’t aware needed attention. By doing so he saved us possible future problems to the unit due to power surges. Jesse took good care of us as well. He installed a necessary part quickly & efficiently arriving within the service timeframe window provided and even a bit early. We would very highly recommend Magnolia Heating and Cooling. They are our go-to business for Air Conditioning, Heating, and Solar needs.

Magnolia is very good they are top notch people and top-notch company. I have had them out to my house since I’ve lived here at 2019 every year to do two rounds of maintenance on my heating and air conditioning. This last round of making sure my air conditioning was up to par, was meant by a new person named Drew,, who went out of his way a couple times to check some other things in regards to my air conditioning that some of the other past people did not do not to mention that that’s a bad thing, but Drew went out of his way Drew is a stand up dude and a great acquisition to this company. . I also had another consultation from John and Drew a couple days later about a couple other things maybe possibly going on with my air conditioning although we found the issue I went with somebody else because it was a little cheaper to fix then what magnolia was asking but still have them do my water heater, tankless water heater cleaning as well while they were here as another round of services, they offer that they are very good at.
