This guy was very thorough. I appreciated the job he did on repairing my ac that was not kicking on today. He was very punctual in arriving today and was very prepared to answer all of my questions. In the dead of summer our central AC unit stopped working and we were desperately seeking help. My AC recently failed and I was shopping around to find out which company would give me the best price on a new system. The company I ended up going with was above and beyond on price, and I soon found out they were dedicated to customer service as well. Once I made the decision they were out the very next day with all the equipment they would need to get the job done. Everything was completed the same day, and it all went according to plan. What more could you ask for?
What a time for my AC to quit working - August in Arizona!??! Really?!!? Went to a friends house and called the air conditioning repair company - they were able to get someone out that same day to check out my system. Apparently my AC compressor was out, but the repair person was able to get started working on it right away, and I didn't need a whole new system after all- just some minor adjustments! What a relief! And I'm back to cool conditions again. Thank you!
You know, I have tried a lot of different places for ac repair over the years when my air conditioner has gone out or stopped pushing cool air out. It's the worst to be stuck without reliable cooling in the middle of summer. Thankfully, I had a friend recommend these guys to me and I thought, "Why not?" Every other company I have gone with has either not been able to help me or has charged me a ridiculous amount for bad service. They made my experience totally different. I didn't have to put up with any unexpected fees like I've dealt with in the past. They came out, they repaired my air conditioner and I haven't had any problems with it since then. I will definitely be taking all of my future business there if I need any repairs in the future. When the time comes to buy a new air conditioner, I am definitely going to trust them to install it.
I needed a new air conditioning unit last summer. When I had turned mine on it would blow out hot air. I tried everything I could think of to fix it. I even had a few friends come over to check it out. Everyone said the same thing though. That I would probably need a new one, my old one could not be fixed. I called around to a few places, and checked online. Finally, I found this company. They had a lot of people raving about their services, and the rates seemed decent. I set an appointment for the next week. And when the crew arrived they were actually on time. It didn't take them long at all to install the new air conditioning. I had a HVAC unit installed earlier this year. It took a while to find a company that had reasonable rates, and good reviews. I've been saving up a while for it, but I didn't want to blow too much money on air conditioning. Finally, after talking to a few people a friend recommended these guys. I looked them up online and they fit all the criteria. It seemed their prices were reasonable. And my friend wasn't the only one to have nice words for them, they had hundreds of good reviews. I made my appointment for the next week, and waited anxiously. I was so excited I was finally going to have a cool house in the heat and humidity of summer. The guys came out. They were punctual, right on time. And they were really nice. They got to work right away and finished the job it seemed in no time. The bill was exactly what they quoted, and I haven't had any problems at all with it. Thanks, I'm loving the air conditioning!
