Had two 5 ton units installed at a commercial location. Both units had manufacturer defects, but Green Comfort came back and resolved the issue quickly. Everyone was professional and friendly. Would recommend!
Michael is are usually tech and always on time gets everything done that he fixed fast. Let’s me know what’s going with the system and what needs to be change.
Efficient, knowledgeable, punctual, polite, incredibly responsive to questions, and snagged us a huge rebate on our heat pump water heater installation by being a TechClean California certified contractor. 10/10 would hire them for the next project (this is already our second with them - the heat pump HVAC install was also top notch)

Sean picked up the phone after hours when nobody else would and came out in a storm that nobody else would and had my heater fixed in less than 16 hours from the time of call with the help of his team. He literally saved our lives as it’s snowing outside and we’ve been sitting by the fire our only source of heat. Highly recommend and would use again m.

Mike was great! When I called to make an appointment to get my heating unit looked at and possibly repaired, I was originally going to have to wait a day or possibly two depending on the weather, but he actually came the next day. I was pleasantly surprised and really appreciated that. The woman who answered the phone in the office was super nice and helpful too. I will definitely be using Green Comfort for my HVAC needs in the future.
Michael, the service technician, explained everything that was going on with my system, showed me proof of the repairs needed, and did not exert any pressure on me to complete the repairs—at a fair price. He was very friendly, courteous, and left the area he worked in very clean.
