They go the extra mile, do great work at a reasonable price, and schedule the maintenance with the tenant to make it more convenient. Been using them for years.

I called Fire and Ice at 9 this morning because I didn't have heat. Jason was here by 10:45 and got my heat repaired. Excellent service!!
My only complaint is that the invoice does not itemize costs. It only shows a final amount so you can not tell how much you pay for labor vs parts. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.
Excellent response time and repair! I needed same-day assessment and repair of my ailing condenser unit before the holiday, and these guys were the only outfit in the area that could accommodate my needs. Techs were on their way through my area between appointments and stopped by as temperatures climbed during this year's first heat wave. I thought it was going to be a tricky fix (possible fan assembly replacement), but it turns out it was just the fan capacitor contacts arcing against the inside of the unit cover. Quick assessment and a quick fix. They even checked coolant levels and hosed off the fins for me. Perfect fix so my super hot wife could cool off, lol. Fire-N-Ice are my new go-to guys for all issues air conditioning. They were professional, patient while I asked questions, and super chill even in the burning sun.

We have used Fire & Ice for a few years. They arrive when scheduled, they’re friendly and professional and they do quality work. The office staff are friendly, helpful and work to accommodate our schedule.
We used Fire & Ice last year around the same time cause out condenser motor went out. They replaced it and it's been going strong ever since. I called them out today for routine maintenance and they sent out a tech same day!. Davon was super helpful and gave us a bunch of tips and recommendations to help our system over the summer. We are very please with Fire & Ice :) UPDATE: 6/26/23- had the techs out this morning for a tune up. They cleaned and checked all the electrical components. Very professional and quick. Clean bill of health on my unit.
We have used this company twice and both times they were right on time knew what the problem was quickly and saved us money. Our A/C unit was cleaner when they left. They are extremely nice and polite

The tech Corey called to let me know he’d be at our home in an hour and he was on time. Diagnosed the situation and informed me of what was needed as well as when I’d hear from someone to set up an appointment for the actual repair. So far so good
I called Fire N Ice and they came out the next morning. Dalton and Mario responded and they were very professional and resolved the issue in 1/2 hour and had my AC fixed and working again
