Amazing!!!!..... words cannot describe Deco Air. The best customer service I have ever received. Respectful, friendly, and full of knowledge. Same day service!!!!! They came out the same day WITHOUT E.R fees. I highly recommend!!!!!

Deco Air Conditioning and Heating was very responsive, personable, and highly knowledgeable about my AC unit. Truly a pleasure to work with and meet. Thanks to their thorough and thoughtful inspection, they saved me from having to purchase a whole new unit. They even gave me advice on preventative maintenance and walked me through what to do. As a new homeowner I appreciated their honesty and transparency about the process and pricing. I'm thankful they were referred to me and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their AC and heating. PLUS their inspection and service pricing is one of the best prices out there. Other companies try to sell you annual maintenance packages upfront without even knowing what you need.

These guys are honest. Had another company quote me $8,500 because they had to replace my unit, furnace and ducting. Deco came out and fixed my current unit for under $300. It's been over a year now with no issues. When I do decide to switch out everything, this is the company I will go with.
I was very pleased to meet an attractive young husband and wife team from Deco, which was recommended to me by my neighbor. They were very professional and efficient and gracious. The furnace was not easy to access as it is located in the attic in a tight space. They were very thorough and they inspected the fans on the roof too. They took time to explain carefully what was happening -- an electrical short and a part that needed to be replaced. Their price was very fair and they did not charge me for the visit. I was amazed that they came equipped with their truck and supplies and agreed to do the work on the very same day. They also replaced all the air filters and took the time to explain how the thermstat worked. By the end of the morning the work was all completed. Now my home feels cozy. The heater is doing its job and I am not freezing anymore--thanks to John and Jessie. I highly recommend them.
Had a truly AMAZING experience with Deco! There punctual honest helpful and stick to there word! My Heater just went out and it was beyond freezing! John and Jesse immediately came out and fixed it same day no problem and even offered with a warranty. I HIGHLY recommend them there better then any other company I’ve tried, they make you feel like top priority and there prices are extremely responsible!
Don't waste your time with this company. Less than honest Never corrects the issue. Just try someone else that won't use refurbished parts quoting new part prices!
There the air conditioning god's got my unit going in less than 24 hrs went over n beyond am glad i waiting for them to fix my air conditioning. VERY HUMBLE POEPLE
This family owned business does an excellent job. Besides reasonable estimates that blow away other companies, these people are conscientious, technically astute and genuinely oriented to excellent customer service. It is increasingly difficult to hire contractors that are real professionals and not pulling a scam. With Deco, you will have no worries.
John and Jesse are awesome They have been working on all are families a/c systems for years. Two years ago we upgraded our heating and a/c unit on our roof , they knocked it out of the park. Came in under budget. We had a new roof put on our home and roofers messed some things up . I called and Jesse called me right back and we’re out here right away , 20 minutes later all done . They are great. When you hire heating and a/c technicians you don’t know how honest they are. They can tell you anything and you have to believe it . John and Jesse are very honest and don’t play games. I don’t really right reviews but I had to on them. You can feel real confident in hiring them. They are the best in the business.
John and Jesse came on Sunday within 10 minutes and replaced all our AC parts with 1 year warranty in about an hour and all for an affordable price. We called 2 other companies and for one of the services was $88 for regular service visit and $188 for emergency weekend visit. Deco’s service fee was only $34. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Received amazing service from DECO! They were honest and straight to the point. They got my AC running in less than 20 minutes and even gave my neighbors a helping hand. I would definitely recommend! 10/10
2- 3 weeks ago a team of two John and Jenny came to my home when my AC was no longer blowing any air. I called the prior evening and they were able to get to us the following morning. No only were they on time but they were 10 minutes early. The assessed the situation and did not try to upsell us any service we didn’t need. They were very courteous and truth be told you can’t beat a $39 diagnostic fee. They didn’t over charge and I love the fact that they rather fix the problem then force you into buying new equipment or appliances. We plan to continue to use them in the future.
This is the second time we have used their services. Very honest and fair. Could have recommended a new A/C unit but they did not. Repaired and A/C is working like a dream!! Thank you!!
My air conditioner stopped in the hottest weather. The company promised me to carry out maintenance between 12:00 and 2:00 the next day, and promised to notify me half an hour in advance. I know this is their busiest time. I didn't expect that I would receive the call on time at 11:30. They arrived before 12 o'clock. Their prompt response and punctuality impressed me. Their diagnosis and repair, including the cleaning and preventive maintenance of the entire system, are neat, tidy, and very professional. Especially discussing different repair options with us in detail is very helpful for us to make a decision that suits us. The most worth mentioning is that when they disagree, they can seriously consider our opinions. A week has passed and my air conditioner is working well. There is also a one-year parts and labor guarantee. Thank you，Deco AC. You are very trustworthy!
Deco air saved us yesterday from 106 degree weather when our AC unit went out. They showed us how to properly care for the system and replaced the parts that had gone out. They came within 30 min of my call and had us up and running in no time. They were professional, knowledgeable and it was a very positive experience to work with them. Thanks guys!
Needed help over the 4th of July weekend and I called DECO and was able to get a same day appointment. They arrived quickly at my home and had my A/C up and running in no time. I liked how the technician did not try and sell me on a whole new system, he provided me with a few options to get my unit going which all fit my budget. They showed me how to take care of my unit so that it will last for many years. Greatly appreciate their service and thank you for working on a Sunday!
