Perfect. Initial quotes from two different air condition companies both said I need to either do a complete replacement or close to replacing the entire system. The tech came out and found the problem was a leak, cutting my costs for repair down significantly. Very pleased with their expert service, I would recommend anyone calling them for at least a secondary quote.
STOP LOOKING....this is the best HVAC company you will find in the Inland Empire! I am a landlord that had a tenant in desperate need of HVAC repair during the recent SoCal heat wave. With a small child, older dog and a house at 95 degrees, we were desperate to find a company who could come out right away. One company told us 10 days, another promised to show the next day and never showed....in desperation I called Chris at California Cool Breeze and after explaining the situation, he contacted his technician in the field and "squeezed" us into his schedule at the end of a long busy day for them! An hour later, fuses were replaced, the unit was cleaned, the service fee was waived and my tenant had her house in cooling mode again after 48 hours of misery.....Not only was this company professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating and reliable, their prices were fair, reasonable and frankly less than the other guys! I have listed them as my "go to" HVAC company for all my IE rentals and turned other folks on to them as well. Call them first...you will not be disappointed! Thank you Chris and Mike (technician)! You guys are Superheroes in my book!

Chris is the BEST, knowledgeable and honest, we call after business hours and were able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. Diagnose and repair the problem quickly, he takes time and explains all of my concerns, will recommend Chris and California Cool Breeze to everyone.
I highly recommend California Cool Breeze. Chris is an honest, professional and highly skilled technician. We just had our VERY old (40+yrs), unit replaced with a new energy efficient unit and couldn't be happier. We're so thankful our home warranty company sent Chris out this time. We have had to call for service 2-3 times a year, every year, for the last 3 years (this was the 2nd call this summer), We knew we needed a new a/c unit, but the warranty company didn't agree. Chris is very knowledgeable and explained all of the issues our old unit had and why it wasn't working. He took the time to come back and take pictures of the unit indicating all of the problems, to show the warranty company that the unit needed to be replaced.
This company actually know's what they are doing and doesn't pretend to like other companies I have experienced. If you ask a question, you get an answer you understand and peace of mind that you made the right decision. Competitive prices, professional service, educated employees with experience.
