I have been using California Comfort for over twenty five years. Whenever I have an issue, Chris is on it immediately. We’ve had our A/C go down in the middle of a heat wave and Chris came right over to bail us out. There have been many, many times over the years that we’ve had small things go wrong that affected our AC system. No matter how small the problem, Chris is always there to handle it. We also use California Comfort to service our business. In the mass confusion and fear caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Chris reached out to me to inform me of some new technology in virus/bacteria elimination through our AC/heating systems. As our work demands the protection of our patients, Chris was there again, immediately, to install the equipment we needed. California Comfort goes beyond just service. They’re all about the customer and making sure things are right. Fair, honest, dependable service with integrity. A rare find in business today. Thank you Chris and California Comfort!!

I have known Chris from California Comfort for almost 20 years. He and his business are honest, hold intergrity and prompt. The AC in my store went out during the heat wave and he had it up in no time! This isn't the first time we've had a crisis that could have really hurt business and lost us money but California Comfort came to the rescue and saved the day. It's comforting (no pun intended) to know a company that you can count on when it comes to issues like AC that can be so crucial for a business like ours that depend on guests being able to relax indoors, even on incredible hot days.
