The units are at an acceptional configuration with a history phenominal. Japanese engineers are a gift to us all. All engineers for that matter. The technician Dustin showed up on time was very professional. I have a maintenance agreement and Dustin was very detailed and made several repairs and he explained why the repairs were needed and how he corrected them he explained the details in layman’s terms and explained what I could expect from the system after the repairs were made. Dustin took the time to check everything on the system and take the time needed to make the repairs. I believe a lot of other companies would just come in and throw new filters in and look for things that they could make money on but not All Pro Air. I appreciate their efforts and look forward to a long relationship with this company.

We had a wonderful experience with All Pro Air. Our first meeting with Trevor was informative and helpful. We chose a new heat pump and air handler as well as new upstairs ducts. We had shopped around and their price was very reasonable. In two days a polite and professional crew installed everything! A crew of 4 (sometimes 5!) all worked together to complete the job. They were friendly and kept our home clean. Chris who managed the project, answered all our questions and concerns. The new system, complete with air scrubber exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend All Pro Air.
Dustin has been great each time he has services any of our homes. Thank you again for getting our AC to freezing temperature as we get settled in with the rising temperatures.
Our technician was on time and very professional. He was informative about our A/C unit and about any future repairs that it might need in the future and how to help extend the life of our system.

Everyone is nice and professional. Austin was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable about about my home ventilator system. His recommendations I took seriously and i will be going with the surge protector for the air conditioner in June. I hope the he stays with the company for years to come. Yvette Rideaux RN 6/14/23 the plumber installed my new hot water heater today. I can tell automatically that my water flow is significantly faster! My washer machine fills up faster than before and dishwasher too! So this was a great investment for my condo. This is the 3 rd water heater since the condo was built in 1985. I was lucky today to the same tech who installed my furnace, humidifier and air conditioner 4 years ago. Hopefully next year I'll can invest in get fiberglass replacement done. Great job All pro air. total waste of time All I wanted was someone to repair my thermostat. And look at ny ac and heating. a tuneup. There was really nothing wrong with my ac or heater.. Charging almost 200.00 dollars for this was kinda like a scam. So they sold me a thermostat, And charged me. More than anyone that has done that. Then so so called tech tripped my my ac. So it would turn off. So then he said I needed a new power panel. That would cost over 5500.00 dollars. Then he put something in my ac unit outside. Claiming this device would help the ac and power. when there were surges in the electricity.. I changed my mind about the new power panel. Because I did not need it. All I needed was an air filter.. And maybe a new thermostat.. But all this guy did was look at the thermostat. And said it was loose. One of the items listed on the website said. They repair thermostats. I felt I was scammed for over 700.00. for some cheap thermostat. And some part in my ac. claiming. It would help my compressor. Even though there was never a problem with the compressor.. And one moe thing. After this guy trips my ac I believe on purpose. To completely turn off the power to the whole house. 'He didn't even know how to turn the power back on. He had to call his boss. I guess the owner. And the owner wasn't that bright either.. Total scam.. The more I think about what went down.. The more. I want to file a complaint against them. with the proper govern agencies. That regulate businesses like these. I am not calling the company crooks. But very shady. Be suspicious. When businesses like these... claim you need all this expensive. stuff And over inflated prices. Be Very Suspicious.
Had a great experience from All Pro Air as always. We have them come out every year before summer to make sure we are ready for the triple digits.

This was one of the best experiences we have had. Our older system went out and we called All Pro Air, so glad we did. The technician Justin who came to our house to check the system didn't leave a stone un turned. He gave us information concerning our old system. Explained what was going on with our system that we knew was going out. He was so professional and very very respectful towards our property. He talked to us about a new system, we decided to go with. Being impressed with how knowledgeable Justin was and not giving us the salesman line we figured it might not get any better. 0h we were wrong. The Installers came today Justin and Isaac. Totally professional polite and stocked with knowledge. They were very respectful towards our home...arrived on time and got to work right away. They didn't waste a minute during the installation. They laid down protection on our floors, and covered the clothing in the closet with a plastic drop cloth. Now, I ask a lot of questions and they took time to explain in answering my questions. We have never been happier having working professional installers in our home. Once they completed the job they made sure everything was explained to us as far as using our new unit. They left the work area clean all old materials were removed and they took time to double check before leaving. By the way did I say absolutely outstanding. We are extremely happy that we called All Pro Air. Thank you too the staff of All Pro Air we are so far, just pleased. Sincerely C & I 5-23-2023 The service tech just left our home. My air conditioner did not need to be repaired iit is a fairly new air condition but it did need to be cleaned out. I found that. Trevor was friendly and told me my air conditioner was still in good shape but had a lot of dirt in it so he cleaned it out. I also found that the cost was reasonable. So many times these air conditioning companies do things that are not necessary and you get a large bill. I trusted Trevor and I will continue to use this company.
