Manny and his assistant where amazing did there job right where clean and professional answered all of our questions and were very informative I recommend anyone that needs an hvac service to contact them 5 stars in all areas nice people
Today I was scheduled for my yearly maintenance. Andrew was my technician he was very professional and explained everything very well. He was really helpful and helped me renew my yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend Andrew and Ace.
Today Andrew came out to do a maintenance. He was very thorough with his inspection and he listened to my concerns and was able to offer me a solution . I am very pleased with the outcome andrew is very patient and kind and respectful highly recommend .
Had a problem with my furnace/heater not working which I can't have not work with a little one at home with me. Carlos came out can got it fixed and taken care of way quicker than what I was expecting. I keep using this company because they continually get the job done and are professional and courteous. Thanks ACE and thanks Carlos!
Bad customer service, not professional, I had my properties done with ace. They didn't pull permits like they said they would. Un responsive. Don't spend your money here. Permits where supposed to be taken care of. As of yet no permits.

This company was responsive like most of the reviews stated. The technician was professional. However, beware of cost .My unit was not blowing cold air. Andrew cleaned it and stated he replaced the "battery" which I later realized was a capacitor and charged me $975.00 ! It was definitely a big bill for a "battery ".
An absolute horrible experience. They came out, told me the issue and they did their thing. After it was supposedly fixed, the ac air came out the same as before (not going below 90 degrees on thermostat). They refused to do anything else on the spot because they did what was going to be the best outcome. I was shocked, they informed me to give the system 24 hrs and indeed after such time nothing was fixed. Customer service and the personnel were awful, refused to fix it or do anything since they advise me that was going to be the best outcome. Avoid this place, there are other AC Repair places for much cheaper that actually fix it.
Michael, the tech, is always professional and takes the time to explain whatever he is doing. He has a positive disposition which puts the customer at ease! He's a 5 star technician!
I called and spoke to Ace Mario about my A/C needing of an repair & maintenance . Was completely satisfied with there work . Great communication & services. I Was well informed and helped out with any questions I was concerned about. Thanks you .

I recently called to schedule a maintenance on my AC before the summer and was pleasantly surprised to get a next day appointment ! Chris was extremely thorough and respectful when scheduling me! I liked that he verified that there was no sickness/covid with in our household and his assurance that the technician would wear a face mask during our appointment. The technician Andrew was nice and explained what he was doing as he began to do it. He provided recommendations, and I went with a top off on my Freon to make sure our system was ready to go for the summer. Definitely recommend using Ace for any heating and AC needs.

Chris set up a checkup on our HVAC system. He conducted him self very professionaly and the service was performed in a timely manner. ACE HVAC and Chris gets a two thumps up from me.
I recently called ace home services in need of heating repair. I was greeted by the friendly voice of Chris their customer service representative and he was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled! They were able to get somebody out to me same day and fix the heating issue that I had. I will definitely use a some services again, and recommend them to my family and friends! Living in corona it was nice to have someone that was close by to come service my heating and air-conditioning needs!
