Ive contacted them on several occasions, but each time they haven't been able to handle my inquiry.

We had a standing pool of water in our backyard. I figured it was a sprinkler pipe that broke. I called a plumber to fix it. They ran tests & said it’s not coming from my house. We checked my neighbors house & the plumber told me it wasn’t coming from there either. He consulted with his colleagues. They couldn’t figure it out & suggested it might be from the pool in my neighbors yard behind me. I called American Leak Detection who specializes in leaks. They basically did the same thing and suggested it was the pool. We were planning to do a leak test on the pool. Before spending hundreds more my wife & I decided to do some testing of our own. We figured out what pipe it was but were not sure exactly where the leak was. I called AAP to figure it out & hopefully get it fixed. In less then an hour they had a pretty good idea where it was. They found the leak within a couple feet & fixed it. We are very grateful AAP solved the problem. They were great and I highly recommend Steven & Michael.
New service performed 1/9/2023 Again, AAP Home Services gave me outstanding service. I called AAP to fix a slow drain in my Mother's kitchen sink. I received an appointment for a plumber to visit that same day and in the morning. They were very quick to respond. Plumbers Steven and apprentice Chris came and quickly assessed the issue. They cleaned out the drain, and suggested that the kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced because it was leaking. This was known by my Mother, but she did not tell me this, and was just planning to "live" with the leaking faucet. We also had a leaking garbage disposal as well, which Steven and Chris replaced for us. They sourced both the needed faucet and garbage disposal for us, as I am unable to do so (since I live 400 miles away), and neither is Mom able to do this. They also repiped the PVC under the sink after cleaning out the slow drain, and replacing the faucet and garbage disposal which were both at least 20 years old. A really appreciated fact is that the kitchen sink was as good as new the same day the service was requested, and this required working until very late in the day for both Steven and Chris. My Mother could have been without the use of her sink for a day or more had not Steven and Chris continued to work late to get the job done that same day. Both my Mother and I really appreciated the extra effort Steven and Chris put in to get the job done. Thank you so much, Steven and Chris, and also to AAP Home Services for having such outstanding plumbers. My Mother also mentioned that both Steven and Chris cleaned up after themselves very well.Thanks for that too! Thank you also to the AAP Home Services appointment scheduler for arranging the service for me the same day I called. I suspect she may not receive a lot of credit for her work, but it is crucial and appreciated as well. She made AAP Home Services look very responsive to customer needs today. Our water heater was installed back in 2016 and recently started to fail due to a faulty flammable vapor sensor. Since the unit was a little over 6 years old, we made the decision to replace the entire unit with a tankless water heater - solution was recommended by Elijah A from AAP. He came out our house, inspected the current setup, and was able to put in a work order to install the new one in under 3 days (due to the weekend). Elijah worked tirelessly throughout the day on June 21st, 2022 in our hot garage in almost 100 degree weather, and was able to complete the installation without any issues. He even saved us some money by using the existing venting solution and made minimal cuts in the drywall. Elijah did an amazing job, was extremely friendly, professional, and honest with his recommendations. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate his efforts! We would definitely call AAP and ask for Elijah for all future plumbing issues.
This company and the employees who work at AAP are completely AWESOME individuals, from customer service on the phone (Hilary) to the technicians (Steven) who noticed and solved my issues with my water heater, but even then I had to back order parts from whirlpool, and they were very persistent on getting my parts to me in a timely fashion it was truly a A+ experience, for me it's a no brainer if I have a problem in the near future AAP is the one!!

Michael did an awesome job at checking for a leak. He was professional and thorough with checking the whole house. Although we did not have a leak, a senior tech was brought out the next morning to double check everything. They were both very informative and I would definitely call them again if needed.
I had reached out to AAP due my previous positive experiences with them when having my tankless water heater maintenance completed. I scheduled to have a quote for a water softener system to be installed. Steven and Elijah were on time and provided a detailed explanation on how the filter works, my options, benefits and what to expect. I made a decision the same day and had the system installed 2 days later. They performed the work in a timely matter without compromising quality of work. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise. They were reliable and resourceful which I greatly appreciate.
I recently had to fix a water leak and to do a replumbing of my drains and fresh water cooler pipes. Steve did a fantastic job of taking care of everything and would call me everyday if everything is goin mg on per schedule. I haven’t seen a plumber who is as professional as Steve and the service we receive. He will be a friend for life and for plumbing work off course.
Loved AAP Homeservices Johnny and Elijah fixed my Garbage disposal. They did it quickly and we're very professional. I will call them up again if anything else needs to be fix
Finally a plumber who returns your call! Very professional and understood our needs. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and often went over and above to meet our needs! All work was great . Very satisfied and will use whenever a plumber is needed!
Kudos to Elijah and Johnny for going out of their way to come here for an emergency water leak. Less than an hour and they were onsite. Had to go get supplies and came back promptly. Having worked for a plumbing outfit before I have rarely come across such professionalism and response. Have used before but not for an emergency. To their management. Keep these guys as they’re representing your brand in the best way possible.
We've used AAP for over 6 years now with our very old house from little to extremely large projects. Recently we've been working with Steven who has been going above and beyond for us and has only made our experience with AAP even better. Steven and Johnny came out the same day and quickly and professionally identified my water leak problem. They also educated me about the way my water system is run. It turned out to be my irrigation system and not the main waterline. I really appreciated the way they handled their business and how well they represented AAP. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Called AAP for a running water meter/leak inside house. Carlos y Michael found and repaired the leak. Double checked everything and clean up work areas. They did a great job. Friendly and very knowledgeable. They are now my plumbers! Thanks.
As we all know finding a plumber can be a laborious and painstaking process. Luckily, Carlos came highly recommended by a family friend and he did not disappoint. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in completing the job I needed him to do. If you are in need of a plumber I highly recommended calling this company and asking for Carlos personally.
Steven Araujo did a wonderful job fixing/ repairing my bathroom tube spout. Quality workmanship that you can trust. He's very honest, hard worker and reliable. After a terrible experience with our home warranty after calling that our water heater was leaking, Steven was such a pleasure to work with. He explained different things about the water heater and water pressure that we didn’t originally know; he worked efficiently to get the job done; and patiently answered any questions we had.
