I work at a property in the Roseville area and need a repair on a heater. I called Rick Morales over at Browns heating and air and he got me a quote right away. Their pricing is competitive and their service is top notch. They got the part and were done with the install in no time. will be calling them again Once again Browns took care of my resident in no time. They are always stocked with parts and are always on time. Even early in most cases. They never fail to communicate and are prompt with their service. Devon and Elijah came out today and replaced the part with no issues. Jeremy and co. know their stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile to get you up and running. Even Rick lol
Help me fix a broken furnace ignitor the same day. When other larger shops, said it would take a week or more to even get parts.
After having a big name company come out to diagnose and charging me $200 for the visit without the ability to repair, Brown Heating and Air properly diagnosed the issue with my furnace as a faulty ignitor and had the parts in stock to get my family all warmed up for these cold evenings, Thank You!!
Ac wouldn't work. They showed up with a smile and excellent customer service. Had my ac working in a hour. Work and parts were really affordable. Thank you guys

From the get-go I received great service from Rick Morales their Sales Rep and the guys who helped install the system Tanner, Elijah and "Q" made it go smooth. The cost was affordable and the guys really took effort to make sure everything was done right. Definitely recommend and will continue doing business with them.
Q and his team came out to get my heater running. I previously had another company out but they were unable to fix the issue. Browns was able to get my unit running and they were on time and very respectful.
