I've heard all good things about this local company
I called Red Bluff Heating in Air in JUNE when our 15 year old AC went out. They responded immediately, and came out the same day. A blower motor needing replacement and was placed on order. I was communicated with while we waited for repair, and Rachel kept me updated on the time frame for the order, and scheduled me for the install based on when the motor was to arrive. Brent was extremely professional, timely, honest, and reasonably priced with this repair. He apologized for the wait, which was out of his control. I would highly recommend Red Bluff Heating and Air. They truly take care of their customers. When we are ready for a new unit, we will return to them. Five plus stars!

Our A/C stopped working correctly last August (2022). Based on reviews, I decided to go with Red Bluff Heating & Air. Receptionist Rachel was extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The visit was scheduled for the next couple of days which wasn't bad considering it was the peak of summer. Nick came out to service our AC which we were sure was just a matter of recharging it. He was very easy to talk to, very personable and knowledgeable. Nick informed us that yes, that was an option, which would cost us around $3K due to the amount of refrigerant needed.The problem was that the type of refrigerant our unit used was being phased out, and eventually we would need a new unit as the refrigerant will no longer be in existence. For around $5K we could purchase a new unit. He was very honest and not pushy at all, supported whichever decision we chose. I researched his information and found he was absolutely correct. We opted to purchase the new unit. All went well with that, though it took about a week to get the unit shipped and installed. I'm sure that's pretty standard. The financing process was super simple and easy to set up. Fast forward to May of 2023. I thought our thermostat wasn't working as it was coming on when set to a lower temp, but the house was not cooling down. I called RBH&A and received a call back that evening. Though they were booked up, Rachel was again extremely helpful and pleasant, and was able to get two guys out the next day. Again, very personable and friendly. These guys spent about an hour looking at the unit and trying a few things. Recharged the unit and got it running efficiently. I had been concerned about being billed as the new unit was under warranty. I received an invoice with a $0.00 balance and was very pleased that the warranty was honored. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate their staff.

Brent and his team Rock! I cant say enough good things about these guys. They installed a ductless heat and a/c unit in our old house and despite the challenge of where to put the 5 units, they easily identified the best options and provided us with an awesome system. Highly recommend if you are looking at installing a ductless system or any of your heating and air needs.
Nick was on time.knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and ensured our family would stay warm.
The technician arrived within 30 minutes of calling him, diagnosed the problem with the heater within minutes and within the hour, had the replacement part and had it installed, and our heater working flawlessly again very courteous and professional thank you, Redbluff, heating and air
Excellent work and service, but having a hard time reaching anyone at the office to pay our bill?
Helpful and professional, Nick stayed to finish the job on New Years Eve and went back to the shop to get parts needed. Bravo!
Used Red Bluff Heating and Air recently. They provided excellent service and took care of problem with heating unit. The Service Technician was punctual and careful and did a great job.
I have always received excellent service from Red Bluff H&AC. They are currently reordering a part for my unit as their parts company sent them the wrong size.
I had Nick as my service repair man and he did an excellent job! He was on time . He is very knowledgeable of his work and was able to fix my heating unit right away. I wish I could give Red Bluff Heating 10 stars!!! They have definitely gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us!!!!! After being gone for the summer we came home to find our heat was not working. My husband doesn’t tolerate cold well so, to us, it was urgent we get it fixed. We called Red Bluff Heating and they actually rearranged their schedule to send someone out to look at it that afternoon. Unfortunately, it was the control board and, because it was a Friday afternoon, he wasn’t going to be able to get the part till Monday. First thing Monday morning we got a call from Brent saying he’d found a board in Redding and was sending his wife up to get it and would be out in the afternoon to install it. Talk about FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We couldn’t be happier with their service!! This is the third time we’ve had them service our HVAC system and each time they have been on time, professional and able to diagnose and repair the problem efficiently. We HIGHLY recommend Red Bluff Heating, Brent and Nick are the best!!!!
