I called them to get my swamp cooler ready for summer. I was told I needed a new pump. I told the person they sent to put in a new one. When I saw it in his hand, I asked where is the net that goes around the bottom to keep minerals from clogging it. He said he didn't have one. He then said I need a new spider without even trying to unclog it. I said put one in. He said he didn't have one. He put in three pads, left the pump unprotected, left my old nonfunctional spider in place, drove off, and charged my conservator $350.00. I'm stuck with a broken cooler minus $350.00 minus what I have to pay for someone else to fix it!
Going to have them install a new mini split system.
Words can’t express how happy I am with Bickleys! My wife said she wanted a family owned business and are we glad that she chose Bickleys! From the minute I spoke with Mary on the phone to less than 24 hours later when I was shaking Carlos’s hand after he fixed our heater we felt as if we were talking to and dealing with friends and neighbors. Carlos came in with a big smile and a positive, upbeat attitude and explained exactly what he was doing. This is the first time we had to have our heater repaired but I can tell that they are a company that cares about their customers and their community.

We were having issues with our AC and I heard from a friend the great customer service she received so we called Bickely's. She was right! They were able to get us in just as the temperature heat rising in Tehama County. Carlos was our service professional and he had a smile and was pleasant the whole time he had to go into the hot, hot,, hot attic at the end of the day. It was the hottest time of day. I think this speaks volumes for Carlos!!
The guy told our property managers that our house was nasty, filthy and disgusting. That was absolutely UNTRUE! I was doing dishes when he got there. Our house is lived in. Lo and behold I got a surprise inspection! Lo and behold I PASSED! He said it was not any of that. Still waiting for the estimate for a new heater. Very unprofessional! VERY underhanded trying to get us kicked out. Even if I get a new one, that installer not is allowed in my house anymore.
I called to make an appt to get my central heater fixed and was told, "let me check the calendar and I will call you back with dates for an appt. Well, 40 hours later and still no one has called me back. I wouldn't use this business now. Thanks but no thanks.
The guys who installed our new HVAC system were wonderful! They were all professional and courteous and we are very happy with our new system.
Great company! They don't try to sell you a bunch of add-ons and service contracts like the other guys. Very honest people and quality work!
Very perfetional, did a Great job on servicing my AC . Now I'm just waiting on an estimate they promised me on a new heating and cooling system the old one is 35+ years old.

Bickley's AC is an amazing company. From start to finish. Mary at the front desk was very kind and professional. Frank, the retired owner was very charming and friendly. Austin was our install person. Cant say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. He was on time, he was courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank You Bickleys for taking care of us on a timely matter. I will refer others to you!
Our air went out and Bickley's was able to squeeze us in with a prompt appointment the day I called them. My husband was impressed with the knowledge of our repairman and appreciative of his tips. We will definitely use their services in the future for repair and purchases.
They have wonderful customer service. They got my heater working and the price was great.
Worst service ever! Can't even get a phone call back. Had them install an all electric unit, not even 1 year old and it is malfunctioning. Heard their commercial on the radio that they warranty these units for 10 years. CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY! UPDATE!!! Still have not heard from this person
I recently upgraded my home HVAC system. Frank came to my home at the date and time we scheduled. He evaluated my home needs, factoring in energy usage, efficiency ratings, and other options. He told me about other services he offered, and extended warranty information. I used his father's services at a former home 30 years ago, so I know the Bickley's are deep rooted in the local community. Frank explained they are very busy this time of year, and his suppliers prices are constantly changing. He said in order to provide the lowest quote, he would need to determine current pricing. It took Frank about a week to get back to me. He apologized for the delay, but he was waiting from more than one supplier to quote him. The result? Bickley's was one third less in cost, than the other two quotes I received! The install went well. My unit is in the attic, so the guys were working in a very hot environment! Nobody complained about the work, or their employer. All the guys were clean cut, courteous, and professional. They answered all my questions, and cleaned up behind themselves as they worked. Heck, even my dogs liked them! 😊 My unit was shipped with a defective part for the heater, so the heater couldn't be tested, (it's summertime anyways). They said they'd return when that part arrived, and they did. Their tech had the new part installed really fast, and verified all my air flows were balanced for my home. He gave the installers work a once over, to verify they didn't overlook anything. In closing, I'd say the whole transaction went well, and was a great value for what I received. I know my coworker that had them do an install, feels the same way. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Bickley's services.
Bickley's went above and beyond to help my 91 year old dad by repairing his A C by coming out within an hour of calling,even though they were booked full. We have done business with and have known the Bickley's since the 90's,thank you so much for helping us out!!
