At such a good price, I was concerned about the crew that was going to do the AC/Furnace/Thermostat installation as I had two disastrous installations (carpeting & kitchen appliances) from a major chain hardware store in the past. Quite the opposite it turns out. The three man crew and a quick visit from the supervisor removed and replaced the three major devices in about 6.5 hours with no mess left behind. The results were a fully functioning system with no glitches. They upgraded the system to current code and being in the service industry myself, I detected no kludges, quick fixes, shoddy workmanship or anything short of professional workmanship. At one point, when removing the old condenser, oil spilled onto my red brick patio which I only noticed when two of the crew were on their hands and knees cleaning it up with a degreaser. Once dried, there was no trace of the oil. Everything looked so good I sent pictures of the equipment to others to brag about my investment (I did the foil on the walls as the walls were in terrible condition - Aliso Air did the floor). The performance is exceptional as well - the salesman did not do a high pressure sales pitch and selected the right equipment at the right price. Professionals.
They came three times to fix our three-year-old unit, which is not yet set. I believe they are so busy and don’t care about the quality of the service anymore.
So disappoining. Called, set an appointment and was told I would get a call the night before setting the time. No call, so called when they opened. No appointment was in their system and then was told they do not service Laguna Woods. You think I could have been told that 10 days earlier, when they set the date for the work. Total waste of time.
Great option for a variety of AC services. Highly recommend if you are looking for a solution at a fair price.
My home had Aliso Air's Carrier HVAC system originally when built. They only need to repair a few things over the years. After 31 years, I hired them to replace my system with a new LENNOX system. I had other quotes, but Aliso Air's was very competitive plus install the original one when the home was built. So, I picked Aliso Air and I could not have been more pleased. They gave me a date and told me it would take 3 days to remove and install the new units. They showed up on time, put drop cloths over everywhere they would be moving the old system out, including the old ducting. The first day they took out and haul away the old system. Second day, they started the install, with new compressors outside and then the 3rd day (and some of the 1st) they installed the new unit in the garage and the other one in attic, plus new ducting. They hung the ducting with straps, so it was off the attic floor. It looked much neater than before. They installed the thermostats and then tested the entire system for leaks, etc. The last day they finished around noon. They took their time showing us how to operate the units and the thermostats. BTW they used Honeywell top of the line thermostats that are WIFI compatible so you can load an app onto your phone and operate them remotely from any room in the home. We absolute love our new air conditioning systems. It feels like a new home. And they are so quiet. I had a thermostat stop working after about 1 or 2 days after install. I called Aliso Air and within an hour, a very knowledgeable repair person showed up and pinpoint the problem to the wiring at the thermostat. A wire had popped out and he reinstalled it better and now problems since. the filters are filtering out the particles in the air very well. We put the fan on run periodically throughout the day and it comes on and off during the day and night and keeps the air clean. I rated Aliso Air a 5 overall! Aliso Air replaced my entire HVAC system including furnace, air conditioner, and ducts. I had received several quotes and there's was one of the most competitive. They used Carrier which is one of the top of the line equipment. They were on-time every day they had an appt. with me and did an excellent job even going above and beyond their scope. The new system works great! They so gave me great advice that for my situation, moving the furnace to the attic would be the best move and I'm glad I did. I'm very happy with the service. They brought an army to the job of very pleasant to work with people. Anything I brought up, they took it seriously and ensured I was satisfied. Highly recommend.
Aliso Air did a good job fixing my home AC problem. I am giving them 4 stars because it took about 2 days for someone to come out initially and another two days to get the replacement parts. No AC during that time.
Aliso Air is AWESOME!!!!!!! True Professionals from the start!!! They showed up early and fixed our unit. We are completely happy and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!!
Less than zero stars. Tech blew the breaker, started a fire, still charged my 83 yr old mom $100 service charge. Called the office and the woman who answered was So RUDE!!!!

We moved to a new house and needed to move our air unit from the back of the yard to the side yard. We also upgraded to a quieter, slim line unit that we are very happy with. When the air kicked on it was very loud, but with this new, efficient system we do not even hear it. Great service and friendly, knowledgeable employees through the whole process. Highly recommend!

Been with Aliso Air for years both for my home in Laguna Niguel and commercial. Always been happy with service and support. Reasonable communication, friendly faces. When their have been billing or service or install issues, always willing to work and be reasonable. I notice some people put negative ratings up because they can't get service ASAP. I have worked with many HVAC companies and its unfortunately the nature of the business to be difficult to get to once its very hot/cold as they all become overwhelmed with calls during those times. Always best to do maintenance/upgrades/changes and preventative maintenance BEFORE their is an issue. Thanks....
Great experience with Aliso Air! We had our old AC unit removed and Aliso Air completely replaced it, new ducting, furnace, etc. they were professional, quick and did an amazing job with everything including clean up. Would highly recommend them for any AC/ Heating needs!
Honest company and very fair prices. Installed a complete air/heating system in our home, and we have them perform maintenance every year on our system. Easy to schedule maintenance and the office people are very helpful and great to work with. The field personnel are great as well, very proficient, professional and reliable. This company is honest, reliable and we definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an Air/Heating company.
No stars. Avoid this company. They make you wait a week for a service call and do not stand behind the systems they install. They need more service techs. Saying we are experiencing high call volume does not help me sleep at night. Find a more reputable company!
Sales bid was a no nonsense approach that I really appreciated and the price was very competitive. Quality products used. Slight mix up with scheduling, but the office team quickly rectified it. The installers worked fast and did a very good job, they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Purchased the extended labor warranty because I knew that I wanted them to take care of my family for many years to come. I highly recommend you give them a chance to bid your home. We will be using them for our next home too, should it be needed, when that day comes.
Great service from the tech but the lady at Customer Service was rude.
