I was so impressed with Justin and his team. My HVAC system went out during extreme weather conditions (for So Cal) and he was able to schedule his team to replace my HVAC system very quickly. Justin and his team were professional, friendly, did a great job and cleaned up when they were done. To top it off, now that we have warmed up I am happy to see a big reduction in my summertime electric bill! I am loving the efficiency of my new HVAC system and am grateful for J. L. Quality Heating & Air!
Our original AC unit died on us during a June heatwave. We contacted our home warranty company and they sent an HVAC repairman that quoted us an absurd dollar amount and having the job not completed until November. Nonsense. I gave Justin a call after seeing all the 5 star reviews, and I am so glad I did. He came out to look at the unit very quickly, confirmed what needed to be replaced, did not add or upsell any unnecessary services, and explained some fast ones that less reputable and honest places will try to pull on you! He had me on the books for a replacement install in a week! His crew members that came out to complete the job were courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. I was given a brief overview of what was being worked on as they were doing it. I felt very comfortable with his team in my home, which is invaluable in my opinion when having services done. They offered advice on some updates and duct cleaning that I know is necessary with the age of our condo. The entire install was only a few hours and I am comfortably writing this review from 74 degree climate controlled home office thanks to Justin and his crew at JL Quality Air and Heating. I will definitely use them for future work and highly recommend giving them a call for your HVAC needs.
I have shopped around and to save you all a lot time and money - this is your one stop shop all your A/C issues!! Justin is extremely professional responsive, on time and always gave me the best quotes I sincerely appreciate everything this company offers and I highly recommend it!
The glowing reviews are true. Absolutely recommend and would use them again in the future. Justin is an expert in all things heating and cooling, an honest business owner who stands by his work and all around decent human being. When the home warranty didn’t want to fix our a/c so close to summer, Justin came to the rescue. He and his guys were prompt, communicated well and patiently explained the HVAC jargon I wanted to understand as a new home owner. If you want to work with good people who will go ABOVE and BEYOND to solve your (HVAC related) problems—these are the guys.

Justin and his team are top notch. His bid was under everyone else’s, with better equipment, and his timeline for the install was weeks earlier than everyone else. Excellent workmanship and very clean. No mess left behind at all.

We had an exceptional experience with Justin at J.L. Quality Heating and Air. Justin replaced our old air conditioner and furnace and we couldn’t be happier. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and is great at following up. He is not the cheapest but trust me...you get what you pay for with HVAC. We got a lower quote from another company that was going to skip the permit and give us off market brands. We got a great value with Justin: a reputable equipment brand plus permits all within our budget. Go with Justin and you’ll be happy you did.
JL Quality Heating & Air Conditioning is the kind of company you hope for when your going to start a large home project. They are professional, show up when they say they’ll be there, and do great work. They go above and beyond what you’d expect, and spend the time to do the job the right way. When your new HVAC system is being relocated from your garage to your attic, it’s a complex process and you truly need the company to be creative and think outside the box, which is exactly what Justin and his crew did. I had full confidence they would do exactly what they said they would do, and they did not disappoint. I wish every large project I’ve had done to my home went that well and exceeded my expectations like this did.
