Today I had a new Air Conditioning Unit installed. The service was excellent. Juan and Robert were on time and very professional. Shane, Lisa R., and Ken was very professional. True Blue was the 3rd company we had out to diagnose a problem with our AC. Instantly, Kevin knew what the issue was and fixed it within 10 minutes - our capacitor had failed. The other companies each took over an hour to diagnose and were just trying to upsell a whole new HVAC system to us. Very grateful for Kevin and True Blue and their honesty.
Kevin is awesome! He makes a dreaded chore pleasant.

Shane and Kevin came over and helped me out of an Air Conditioning nightmare done buy previous contractors. They installed a new Rheem A/C and Heating unit on the main part of my main home, new ducting, added new updated vents and patched the walls where vents were improperly installed, on the second A/C that's used for our in-laws room that was not installed correctly. They installed two new Nest thermostats that allow me to control my whole house from my phone for my whole family. Thanks you guys for helping me out, I highly recommend True Blue Heating and Air conditioner service.

I have been using True Blue AC for 10 years. Shane will explain root cause of your problem and will give you a fair price to fix it. I had a issue with my AC, Kevin came out within 24hrs and fixed my problem. Great Service, Very Professional, and Experts in AC/Heating.
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with True Blue. I only recommend them to anyone wanting to install or repair A/C. All the Employees at this company are very professional and responsive. I especially appreciate Shane, Kim, and Kevin as they went above and beyond fixing my issue when they were very busy for the next few days. They installed my A/C / Heater and did a great job. When I was having an issue with the electrical they came out the next morning and helped me resolve the issue. You are in good hands if you choose this company.
I was impressed with this company from my first call to them to their follow up call to see how the repair was working. They were responsive, quick to schedule the service and repair, and reasonably priced. The repair work was done quickly and professionally. The service techs were friendly, neat and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
We had an original system in our home that just wasn’t doing the job any longer. We obtained 3 estimates to replace the A/C, Furnace, and ducting. Well one company didn’t even want to touch the job because it was to much work, a second company came in at almost twice the cost, so we went with True Blue Heating and Air based on their cost and the honesty we received during their walk through. In the end they did a great job, used quality parts, cleaned up the job site, and followed up on some items. I’d highly recommend True Blue Heating and Air. Great price and great work and they stand behind their job.
3 years after our HVAC system was installed True Blue was willing to trouble shoot the system over the phone on a Saturday to help fix a wire issue that was not their fault. That’s great customer service. Thanks again.
We used True Blue recently for some HVAC issues we had at our home. Shane, the owner, took the time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions and explain the most logical and cost-effective manner in which to proceed with fixing our heating/cooling problems. The guys (Kevin and Nestor) who came out to do some repairs were top notch as well. They were both very friendly, punctual, and supremely competent. We will only use these guys from now on!
Shane showed up on time, appropriately masked during Covid. He patiently explained what was wrong and showed me the parts that need to be replaced. He was able to send someone from his team to replace everything the next day and they kept to the high quality service. They will be our go to from now on.
After my recent experience with True Blue, I can honestly say they were one of the best companies I've worked with. Shane, the manager, was responsive, on time, and flexible with my schedule. After a quick inspection of the A/C system he knew what needed to be done to get that cool A/C breeze flowing evenly to each of the rooms in the house. Once he sent me a quote, he took the time to give me a call and explain everything that needed to be done. The day of the service he and his team arrived on-time and professional, and delivered on their promise to fix the air flow issues that were preventing the A/C from cooling all of the rooms in the house. It's been a few weeks since then, with several days over 100F and it has made a huge difference in keeping the house cool. True Blue is now my go-to for any A/C related issues. They've earned 5-stars and a lifetime customer.
I have called and sent appt. with them and they told me that they would be out the same day between 3-5 and there wasn’t no show, can not believe they would do that. Will I be calling them again NO! They just lost business with me.
We have had True blue out to service and replace a “condenser and a blower fan “ for are HVAC systems . they go above and beyond Shane and Kevin are great professionals . I Highly recommend them for any of you Heating or A/C needs.
