I was referred by my home warranty company and I had to contact them after 2 days. They said they would call and set an appointment the next day. Didn’t hear from them, so again I called. They start an appointment window. They never showed up during the window so I called. They said he was there and sent me a picture and address from someone else’s house. I explained that wasn’t my house and he said the tech would be there after. I questioned why I had a window and had someone there, he told me to cancel the request and find someone else. He lied to the warranty people and was extremely rude to me. This was the owner! Don’t use this company. I wouldn’t trust them to fix my stuff with how unprofessional they are.
Eric and his crew was awesome😊 it was a really big job that took about 2 days, he had to dig underground about 6 feet to fix the issue but it was done and he was very professional. I would recommend this company and especially Eric to anyone that needs plumbing work done.
So Old Republic Protection Insurance Company sent these "professional's" out to inspect our heating system. ( I advise if you use Old Rep, Get new Ins immediatly) they came out inspected unit, informed me the unit had a bad heat exchanger, bad mother board and not really repairable as it would only reach 92deg then shut down and needed a complete replacement. I called Insurance company to check status on replacement, insurance agent report that Superior found no issues what so ever with unit and that it was just to small.....I challenged the report at which they said it was verified and the tech's found no issues with the unit, even though they pointed out several problems and claimed full replacmentt was necessary. If your with Old Republic ins and they send this company out for inspection, sorry your loss cause they are dirty...
Our homeowners insurance set this company up to check/repair 3 plumbing issues. We called them the minute we received an email from them and the man was extremely rude and barked that he'd call the next day and that the work was only for a toilet. He never called and we decided to have our own plumber do the work because our attitude was if the person was that ugly on the phone we certainly didn't want them coming to the house. Lost our trust and respect in 2 minutes of conversation.
Did a job at my house through home warranty. Easy straight communication, good job. Can recommend them!
Similar to others Old Republic sent them out and they were the worst. The “boss” extremely unprofessional, customer service was awful you could even say rude. They even left their equipment at our house for a week. The “report” they sent was a poorly written three sentences. Beware of them.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service I have ever received. Could not diagnose leak, said they fixed parts that they did not actually repair, scheduling was a nightmare, and they cracked my toilet upon reinstallation. Ask for a new company if your home warranty assigns them. Trust me
Staff doesn't know know the difference between condensation and evaporation. Clearly, undereducated and unmotivated workers.
I left a 5star review before, as they did an excellent job. However when I wanted to pay the service fee, they refused the check and said they were paid enough by the insurance, and also refused the tip I had ready for them. Today I received a bill from the insurance company for the service fee. When I checked with them they said that the insurance company collects it, not them. Yet it clearly states that the fee is due at time of service. I don't like the dishonesty. Would not use again

We had 3 different AC guys come out in the past week to fix our all of them failed. Then Superior plumbing, heating, and air conditioning came in and saved the day. I will absolutely will be going back to them. They came out same day, and was able to fix it in 25 minutes even fixed wires other companies cut and broke. Job well done. Thank you!
What is the with the bad reviews?!?! Seriously, this company is one of the best I have ever had the opportunity to use. Let me tell you.... Southern California beginning yet another round of extreme heat and of course the AC in my house just stops working. Called Home Warranty company and the first company they sent me to - NEVER CALLED BACK. Even with the ceiling fans on the house got up to 90 degrees. Called warranty company again and I was given this company. Looked online saw the reviews, and frankly was terrified. This morning Devon showed up and fifteen minutes later it went from 81 in the house to a lovely 74. Bottom line - will use again, will recommend to all my friends, will leave this review and another one on Yelp. Will use again. Will request to use again through home warranty company. Excellent!!
AC repaired. Technician was thorough with inspection of the unit and circuit board. He sought out the part as quickly as possible. He was honest and did not try to overcharge or find a bigger problem for a higher cost. Would definitely use this company again.
Man I've been stressing all weekend about my AC because of these reviews. I just had to pay out of pocket for a brand new water heater last month so this was just, ugh. The AC leaked through my ceiling a couple weeks ago, causing a bubble and then it stopped cooling my house on Friday so I put a request to my warranty and they assigned these guys. Unfortunately it was the weekend at that point so my house was between 85 and 91 the whole weekend. I tried to call on Saturday but no luck. He called me back first thing Monday morning though and said he would be here between 10-12, he got here at 1030. He looked in the back said something with a C was broken, went up to my attic and said that looked fine, the line was clear. That maybe it was the dirty filter causing it to leak. There might be an evil spirit involved with that as well, lots of things were going wrong in a short period of time so maybe the sage fixed that problem. Anyways...He was going to swap the filters for me but I have misplaced the entire box I ordered a few months ago, sigh. He went out to fix the "C" thing, let me know its fixed a few minutes later and that the warranty would send me an invoice. My house is currently at 79 degrees and its never felt so good before. I am happy. Thank you.
Devon was great ! He called when was on the way and did a great job unclogging our pipe. We were very pleased with the same day appointment and excellent job that was done . Thank you Superior Plumbing 😊
Old Republic Home warranty sent these guys out to replace a water heater. I didn't really care for the service when they were here, did a pretty lousy job with the install. The big thing was they had the pressure release line stop about 5 ft off the ground and about 16" away from the copper drain line that it is supposed to hook up to (that goes outside). My wife asked about it and they said (in regards to the drain line that went outside) "it was old and not needed". Looks goofy but OK I guess they are the professionals after all. Well 2.5 years later and I am selling my home, the buyer gets a home inspection and the inspector says absolutely not, having a release line 5 Ft off the ground (cut off) is not to code. I call Superior first, send pics and explain the situation. He wants to charge me again to send someone out. After lots of back and forth he tells me that they would not have done that implying that myself or someone else got in may garage and took off 16" of copper. I called the warranty company and insisted that my complaint go to their "vendor relation" person (which is running the complaint up the flagpole I guess). Basically they do not care about individual reviews (have you seen them respond to any previous complaints) as long as they have the source which is these warranty company's they are happy. SO, if you have an issue be adamant with your warranty company and maybe if they get enough complaints they will shut them off and then the company will have some negative affect for their terrible work and service.
Devin and Eric were awesome ... they were dispatched by my Waranty company old republic ... I read the reviews and was a little worried but they did an awesome job ... got a new water heater installed. Thank you very professional job.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I can't believe my home warranty would have send Such a unprofessional company to my house. They are a joke of a company.
