Don arrived on time and quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism, very polite and informative. He first gave me a quote that was a little out of my budget but he called his office to see what he could do and was able to make it very affordable, very impressive. Even after he was done I realize I misunderstood about the pipe leading to my sprinkler system that it was ok to cut not realizing it would effect my system. I called his office after hours and he promptly called me back and returned the next day to correct my mistake at no charge. Now I call that great customer service. I will be using this company for now on and I highly recommend them. Don is an asset to your company and must be a keeper a man of character. Very happy customer!
SCAMS the elderly! $25 Plumbing is another name for this company. Charged my elderly parents over $1300 for this breakdown. 1) Cut into wet drywall ceiling in the garage (easy access) with a water bubble, no repair of drywall after - approx. $50 worth of exploratory work 2) Replaced ABS/PVC bathtub drain assembly - max $100 worth of parts 3) Replaced a shower valve cartridge - $100 max for the part 4) Total labor time of less than 2 hours - $200/hr if extremely expensive labor rate This should have been a sub $800 job for the most expensive plumber before we get into rip off territory. Most honest plumbers would be in the $500-$600 range for this work. Absolutely disgusting they would over charge so much to an elderly couple. Another flag that most will not catch is that there is no consistency with this business. Simple Google search will show 3 different addresses on Jersey Blvd, Rosebud Street, and Sunflower Avenue on sites all updated within the last several years. While they do have an active CA contractor license with proper bond and insurance filed, they are not BBB accredited. If you read their review responses on Google and elsewhere, you'll see they justify their high prices with insurance, office staff, fuel, etc. Well, other plumbers also have the same expenses, so explain that. These people say they are a family owned company...well, I'm sure karma will come for their family.

Emergency replacement of water heater. Great service and prompt.
I have used and recommended these folks for years, and my experience this last Tuesday was yet another reason why. My elderly mother has a home warranty and her heater had stopped working over a week earlier during one of the coldest snaps of the year. Even though she’s used Solace before and trusts them, she naturally wanted to use the warranty she paid too much for to have the repairs done, so I held off calling Solace (because one should always listen to their mother), and we set up space heaters in her house until the random company assigned by the warranty company could show up. Once there, the “technician” gave her a list of the components that had gone bad on her heater and informed her that part of the system was not up to code, which caused the issue, so the warranty company would not cover any of the work. What’s the point of a warranty if they only cover things until they break? We were made aware of the claim denial on Tuesday morning this week (12/20/22). I stopped by to check on Mom Tuesday morning to make sure she was thawed out and she told me they had just called. I immediately contacted Solace, spoke to Bryan, explained things, and in a stroke of luck it turned out Barry could come by soon to check it out. By 9:30 that same morning Barry had arrived, diagnosed the issue, found a single wire for the igniter that had rubbed through and was grounding out on the unit, repaired the wire, and the heater works like a charm—no bad components. Moreover, the claim about the unit not being up to code was completely false and had nothing to do with the system failure. The other company had quoted her $250.00 out-of-pocket to bring the unit up to code in addition to the other repairs that would have ended up costing hundreds more. So over a week of worrying about my mother turning into a popsicle, her bundling up like an Arctic explorer to avoid that fate, and the stress of dealing with and inexperienced and/or dishonest company trying to empty her wallet was
It seems that whenever you need a plumbing or AC service company it's always an emergency, to you anyways, this family owned company has always recognized my family emergency and has responded with nothing but prompt professionalism, I know there's a lot of companies out there that can do these jobs, but when you find one that doesn't cut corners and their work is as clean as if you would do it yourself, if you could, you keep their number handy. Thanks yet again!!!

We are so happy with this company. I spoke to Barry and he was very honest and straight forward to talk to. I was able to make an appointment the next day! Barry took time to be there and check on the problem. He explained to me the least and worse case scenario of the gas leak problem that we were having. His technician - Don was very experienced and knew what he was doing. We will definitely use them again next time.
Bryan and his team came out for a water leak we had in the front yard. Found the leak and made the repair quickly. They are very professional and helpful

Called on a Wed morning due to an issue with my garbage disposal, a friendly professional staff member arranged a skilled technician out in less than 2 hours. Don was pleasant, efficient, and understanding to my issue. He provided me with an excellent price, with quality parts and labor to replace by disposal. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Solace to anyone in the market for a licensed professional plumber.

Barry was very helpful from beginning to end. He was the original company that put in my AC 9 years ago. Luckily it was still under warranty so we just had to pay for labor. Barry come out personally and changed the motor just in time before we got another heat wave. We are so appreciative for all your help
