I purchased my unit from SIMS Heating and Air 10 years ago and have been relying on them for maintenance every other year ever since then. Making appointments for such service is always met with a polite and timely response. The company's technicians know their business well and aim to please their customers. It couldn't be more obvious that the staff takes deep pride in their work; for not only are they very thorough in attending to the stan-dard components of keeping our heating and cooling systems in good condition, but also they go the extra mile to satisfy clientele in regard to issues of particular concern. It is so refreshing to be able to count on the quality of service this company provides.

We chose Sims heating and air to installer new AC system. Dan was our initial contact, and provided a quote for various new Trane systems. When the install day came, Jon and Bob showed up on time and had the new system installed in a day and a half. They were very polite and friendly group, and kept us informed about all things at all times. They also offered 0% financing for 72 months through Wells Fargo.Very delighted to have dealt with Sims heating and air.
