Employee took their time on a personal call before finally helping me
The place has great products. But unfortunately Ms. Natalie make the purchase process very unpleasant with her lack of knowledge of Grainger products and her unfriendly attitude.
The worker that assisted me was very helpful, but unfortunately the company does not carry what I was looking for.
Thy have what I needed. Great customer service.

Came in today to get a sub pump Celine assisted me 100%, she found my item very fast I was in and out within 10 minutes but before that I went to the restroom so super clean....that's how all businesses should represent themselves! Good job Granger will be returning again 👍

Always have everthing but way overpriced thats for shure
Overpriced, $60 bearing found at Lowe's for $5.98. At one time they were small business friendly but I believe now they take advantage of company accounts.
