FENCO IS A HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY THAT YOU CAN TRUST. Starting with Mr. Nabil. Nice person from the beginning to the end, came at the time he told he was going to come, walked me through step by step and explain how the job was going to be done. Not heading or extra charges. I asked for the time and name of the people that was going to come to do the job. Raul and kamal they came at the time Mr. Nabil said they will come and did a very nice job. They covered the floor were they were to be working and clean up after the were done. Raul and kamal a nice working team. If any one wants to check it out, we’ll come to see it thank you soo much kamal Raul and Mr. Nabil.
This morning I noticed that our heater was not working. I contacted FENCO and Nabil came by to fix the problem in the afternoon. FENCO's after service response was prompt and smooth!
Today, Kamal and his 2 crew replaced our entire heating and cooling units in less than 5 hours. Their work was smooth and efficient and my questions were clearly answered . Their estimates were the most competitive for the specific brand and its specification I wanted, among 4 companies. Not friendly or helpful
I was pleasantly surprised that they agreed to come over to provide service within two hours on the hottest days of the summer. After checking the unit and determining the work was minor, the service was provided free of charge!!! I have been a customer since 2010 and continue to call on them for my A/C service. Kamal and Raul are very punctual and professional and very knowledgeable on their service and even clean all their areas of work but mostly now my house is very comfortable with the new HVAC SYSTEM installed. I would definitely recommend their services and recommendations as to the brand of the equipment that is dependable.

My central air unit stopped working on Friday, I called Fenco Saturday morning, and they came right out that day. Unfortunately I needed to replace the unit, but got a great price to replace both air and heating. Installed today. I am so pleased with their professionalism. What a great experience.

This is a family owned company that has been in the business for a long time. Father and son were honest and professional. They delivered what they promised and on time. My tenant was very happy with their work.
Kamal and his guys were outstanding! Up front, honest and quick. They were extremely responsive (they answered their phone at 6pm on a Friday and did a quote the following day). Everything they promised, they were able to deliver on. They were very thoughtful and checked in with me before taking independent action. Kamal was just outstanding!!!!
