The technician was prompt and provided great customer service. We were informed the part needed wouldn't be available for 4-5 days; however, we were pleased when it was available, and installed, on the 3rd day.
I was told from Sam that our AC motor was out , the property manager okayed him to do a quick fix. Needless to say me and my family spend another two to three days without AC in the high desert(100+ degrees) and had to call another company to come out and fix it which the other company was phenomenal. From my experience I would not recommend Bayside.
Sam came in and fixed the problem very fast.
Haven't had my a/c in 2 weaks. Me and my family were starting to get sick from the heat. Sam came to help us with this. Extremely professional. Fixed whatever was messed up with the motor for the a/c and hooked up the Honeywell thermostat in a flash. Very understanding and knows what to do and how to get the job done. Thank you Sam for your help.
I am very thankful to this company for coming out and doing a wonderful job. I have a toddler and was up late the day before my appointment. Although I missed the doorbell, he came back and was able to fit me in. When he came to finish the HUGE job, he was so nice and friendly. Left everything looking clean and working great. I hope my AC doesn't break again but if it does I know I will be in good hands with this company. Thank you.
My A/C stopped working just as its getting hot. I expected to wait days for an appointment but Sam called me back and arrived within 20 minutes! He fixed my A/C and stayed to make sure everything was running right. Sam is a very nice guy, I will be calling Bayside next time I need a professional.
Hassan came and fixed my Heater and he was extremely helpful and wonderful. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. He was here for less than an hour and it was fixed and up and running. Thank you Hassan

Fast friendly service on a Saturday. I was very appreciative that he came right out, found a simple problem with a capacitor and he had a replacement in his truck. He was in and out in about a half hour. Tom
I have been using Bayside Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs for close to 10 years now. He has work on nearly 100 of our rentals properties and his workmanship is always top notch. He's on time to his appointments, tenants tell me he smells good lol, he always guarantees his work and is extremely courteous and respectful. He is one of my top vendors and the best HVAC vendor that I've used in my 15 years of being in the property management business. I would highly recommend his company.

I would highly recommend Bayside Heating & Air Conditioning. My regular company couldn't come out. Sam came out within two hours of my call on a Saturday, found & fixed the leak while checking over the system. Very friendly and fair with his pricing. I will be using him again in the future.
Not even worthy of a one star rating!!! Company has zero creditability. My air conditioner stopped working this past weekend when the temp was well above 100 degrees. I installed a new air filter and cleaned the coils but that didn't solve the problem. I called Bayside heating & air conditioning for a repair and the company rep scheduled a technician to arrive at my house the next day on 7/8/18 between the hours of 1 & 4. The technician never arrived. I contacted the company only to receive a voice recording message. I waited four hours for nothing. Bayside heating & air conditioning is a joke. Consumer beware this company doesn't value your time.
On a Saturday afternoon, my husband and I learned that our ac unit stopped working. It was about 113 degrees outside. We looked up heating and ac companies and we found this five star company. We called Sam Yazouri and he was very helpful on the phone and he said would be there to help us the next morning. Sam arrive the next morning (Sunday) and it was already 95 degrees early in the morning. Sam provided excellent service, was very professional and informative about our unit. He fixed the problem within 45 minutes and our ac is up and running! We only spent the cost of the visit. He also walked my husband and I through the house to inform us about our ac and heating and how we can make it run the most effective for next summer. He gave us a card and did not pressure any immediate changes, just told us to give him a call when ready.

After calling several places that couldn't come check my unit until next week, I called Bayside today, on a Friday at 2pm, because my AC compressor was making strange noises, and the fan wasn't spinning. A technician got to my house at 3:15 THAT DAY, changed the capacitor, and recharged the freon within 45 minutes, and my unit is blowing at 51 degrees. The service was fast, professional, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Bayside, and will be using them for any future HVAC repairs. Thank you Sam!
Sam arrived when he said he would and was very professional. Very friendly and very fair priced. This was today (Sunday) and I called in the morning at 7:00am, he was here by 10:00. I will be using him again soon on my new house and would strongly recommend him. By far the best experience I've had with AC repair people.
